Day 3: Beach day & fish barbecue 🐟🌊

🍂September Photodump 🍂

Reading on trains -
meaning crawling towards saints.
Giving a lasting vow to art -
seeing commitment from twow hearts.
September brings the fated change,

✨ Three months. That’s all it was. But it felt like we lived many lives together in just a few weeks.

This is what happens when one special place gathers people from every corner of the world; each with their own stories, thousands of kilometers traveled, and a heart open to connect. Together we shared time, laughter, love, and countless unforgettable moments. 💛

These months at Masseria Olga passed way too fast… but don’t worry, we’ll be back sooner than you think! 😉

To everyone who was part of this journey: thank you. You made it truly magical.

🌿 Drop a comment and share your favorite memory with us. Let’s keep the spirit alive until we meet again!

In a year where every month seemed like the next step toward a total decay of what I know the world to be, I had the fortune of actually becoming the closest form of myself I never thought I could achieve.

From a bumpy start to the new year—losing my job, losing the possibility of visiting my sister, and putting the final nail in the rocket that would start my year: losing my grandma—

To the point where I am now: overjoyed with the things I have achieved, hopeful for the things that are coming my way, and thankful for the people who got me here.

I learned that I’m capable of so much more than I thought. I learned that my fear of spiders shouldn’t keep me from traveling to the places I want to visit and seeing the people I want to see. In general, I learned that I should not listen to my fears so much. I should respect them and not ignore them, but I shouldn’t act upon them. I learned that my happiness depends on myself and no one else. I learned that I cannot say the wrong thing to the right people. And I learned where my limits are and how to set boundaries.

I’m so grateful for this year, even though at some points it felt as if the world was ending. The people in my life keep reminding me that the world will still spin tomorrow.

To everyone who made my year better—
I love you and am so happy to have you in my life.

Attention to all who may be interested!

Here comes a short (as long as Instagram would allow) recap of the family vacation my family and I took in mid-September to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday.

We had an amazing time! Croatia was really lovely and scenic. However, if you’re vegan or vegetarian and food is important to you, brace yourself for some underwhelming options. But the stunning nature and cities were so incredible that they more than made up for it. Despite the weather not being on our side (ignore the good weather in the photos—they’re just the ones with amazing weather), the mountains, the water, and the architecture were breathtaking.

If you want to know more, here’s the breakdown:

Slide 1: A hippo in the pool of our villa—who knew they existed in Croatia?

Slide 2: My family (minus my sister because she was taking the photo) in the pool.

Slide 3: A video of our amazing car ride down to the beach.

Slide 4: Me in Nin in front of the clock tower—a lucky shot that my boyfriend is very proud of.

Slide 5 & 6: Some cute cats we met in Novigrad.

Slide 7: The view from Novigrad.

Slide 8: My sister and I after the hike up to the castle.

Slide 9: my boyfriend and me being silly.

Slide 10: Quality sibling time 😍

Slide 11-12: The beautiful waterfalls and waters of Krka National Park.

Slide 13 (Taylor Swift): My sister and I being the models that we are, clearly outshining the waterfalls.

Slide 14: Me explaining how waterfalls work to my boyfriend (no, this wasn’t posed—hiking with me is always educational!).

Slide 15: A cute kitten 🐱

Slide 16: My sister and me, photographed by some kind strangers.

Slide 17: My boyfriend and I being adorable. Very mindful. Very demure, if you ask me.

Slide 18: Just a beautiful landscape shot.

Slide 19: My mom, dad, and sister standing on a rock in Krka—for once, they’re taller than me!

Slide 20: My boyfriend trying out a new career path.

Hope you enjoyed this recap of our family vacation! 👋

It’s been a long time coming ~

Back in March, we finally made it to visit my sister @peggys.view in her second home, and seeing her life there makes it all make sense. Now, I get why she loves it so much. That trip has been unforgettable for me—an adventure of a lifetime, and I doubt I’ll ever forget it.

From discovering a waterfall and exploring Bali’s colorful beaches to hiking Mount Batur on her birthday, every moment was incredible. The local food, the experiences, and all the things I’ve yet to try—it was a dream come true.

I couldn’t have asked for better company.

I had the time of my life with you!

Ps: Slide 9 is my boyfriend’s @dasistmein_mmotto sun burn doesn’t it look identical to this dragonfruit infused water?
