What a day. Thank you to everyone who joined Fight Choreography Foundations in London 🙏🥋

Your energy, commitment and progress blew us away. The feedback you’ve shared since has been incredibly encouraging, and honestly so rewarding for the whole team. This is exactly why we do it.

Huge thanks to the team for keeping everyone safe and pushing everyone further, and to Valour Jiu Jitsu HQ for having us.

The 1st Fight Foundations Edition has been sold out in 48 hours. The next session will be announced very soon on our socials and YouTube channel. Join the waitlist to get first access, link in bio 👊
