PETALS & PILATES 🧘‍♀️🌸🌷🫧

Our final day of Baby Boot was one to remember! We spent the afternoon with @penche.pilates building strong bodies through Pilates. Huge thank you to Livie & Genni for an incredible class! We then shifted our focus to building strong minds and even stronger bonds.

Today, Coach gave us our flowers, literally and figuratively. Each member received their Yellow Rose decision flower along with words of encouragement from Coach to remind us of our strengths and what we bring to this team.

Then, we gave each other our flowers by writing something personal and meaningful for every teammate. Words we can look back on throughout the season whenever we need encouragement. We are so proud of each other, grateful for the foundation we’ve built, and ready to take on everything Boot Camp has in store!

I’ve always had a passion for movement. I grew up playing sports and have continued pursuing group fitness because staying active has always been a huge part of my life. I love the sense of community that comes from moving alongside others.
I’ve spent the last two years as a sahm, which has been the greatest privilege of my life, and it was during that season that I found Pilates. What began as a hobby has now become a lifestyle for me, and that journey inspired me to become an instructor.
After months of training and attaining my Mat Pilates Instructor Certification, I’m so excited to be joining the Penché Pilates team and helping others experience the same sense of strength, confidence, and empowerment that Pilates has given me.
I earned my college degree and worked in healthcare before this chapter of life, but this chapter of being both a sahm and a Pilates instructor is a dream.

I can’t wait to move with you and help you feel strong, capable, and confident both in and out of the studio! See you on the mat soon🤍
