🌸 Today is one of those slow, heavy days. My energy is gone, my motivation is nowhere to be found, and mentally, I’m just down.

So, what am I doing? Watching reality TV, talking trash, and hanging with my girl Dory. By the way, it’s her birthday! 🎉 If you’re reading this, please send her some love because she’s absolutely amazing and deserves all the birthday joy! 💖🥳

On days like this, when my neurodivergent brain is in full shutdown mode, here’s what helps:

1️⃣ 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲. Seriously, let go of guilt. If your brain and body are begging for rest, 𝓁𝒾𝓈𝓉𝑒𝓃. It’s okay to just exist for a bit.
2️⃣ 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. I barely managed to clean my kitchen today, and honestly, that’s a win. Didn’t even eat yet (𝑜𝑜𝓅𝓈𝒾𝑒), but processing and pacing yourself is valid.
3️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁. Writing about your feelings—even messy, raw ones—can help so much. Sharing my truth with you is part of my process to heal and grow. 💌

Not every day is going to sparkle, and that’s okay. It’s brave to admit when you’re struggling. Remember, it’s 𝒶𝓁𝓌𝒶𝓎𝓈 okay not to be okay. 🌈

How are you feeling today? Let’s talk about it. 💕

ALERTE AU POULET !!! 🍗
