Last night reminded me why I love theatre and feel exhausted by theatre at the same time 😂

Man, this month kicked my ass. Rehearsals, balancing everything or attempting too.. 😅but we got there and the feedback for the play was great 🤌🏾🙌🏽

It was a work in progress but damn we put on a performance 😤

Watch this space 👀

Thanks @greenwichtheatre @theparadigmft and the cast @eltanthony @bryony_tebbutt @rebeccapickering6

P.S. Theatre, I love you but please be chill🙃

Rehearsals are underway for Revision Time by @writergiles 🎭

This play is a beast.

Exploring class, masculinity, friendship, the education system and the ways our childhoods can shape us.

Tommy is a challenging role but I’m excited to take him on.

Lots of work to do. Excited to keep digging.

Say it’s about colour, innit?

Comedian and audience favourite Ash Mehra takes a humorous pop at ethnic monitoring where “white” is presented as one ethnicity, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are given their own tick boxes, and one form tells him that if your ethnicity includes “Irish or Traveller” then don’t tick “Other”.
