When Panorama Restaurant was reimagined, the goal was to capture the warmth of an Italian home while giving the longtime Philadelphia restaurant a fresh perspective. Exposed brick, terra cotta floors, beamed ceilings, honed stone, and Venetian-inspired details give the dining rooms a sense of history without feeling overly formal.

This IS an @erik.spehn appreciation reel.

He was the first person ever to recognize us out in the wild (second floor of Paradigm Gallery, June first Friday, but who’s tracking?), a total high @lucindadegerlund is still riding months later.

Erik’s show Wave Become Wings is installed at @pentimentigallery 🌊

We wish this didn’t feel so timely.

As ever.

A belated favorite from @thearmoryshow: new-to-me artist @namwonchoi showing with @pentimentigallery

These works transform snapshots from roadtrips into painstakingly painted photorealistic scenes in a calm blue and white palette, juxtaposed against the unexpected neon panels in the shapes of street signs and road markers.
Zoom ➡️ zoom ➡️ zoom some more ➡️ the details are endless!

Octagon, acrylic and acrylic gouache on panel, 2026.

This year, @thearmoryshow took over the Javits Center from September 24 to 27, 2026. Philadelphia galleries, print workshops, and artists held their own among the biggest names in the market, from Leroy Johnson’s assemblage sculptures to Brandywine’s five decades of printmaking.

Here’s a round-up of booths with ties to Philadelphia at The Armory Show 2026. If I missed any, leave them in the comments!

I only had a small window of time for The Armory Show this past Sunday, here are some highlights from my speedrun of the fair (which was rather dizzying) …

Namwon Choi en The Armory Show

Thinking about everyone who came by my booth at the Armory fair, especially my friends who came out in the middle of the Nor’easter. Great thanks to Pentimenti gallery for showing my work.
