last post of my honeymoon I SWEAR (not including reels lol 😝) i thought it'd be nice to give a little itinerary because we had so much fun! <3

some other things that came to mind while making this:
- bring cash, it's just more convenient for paying a taxi or the local bus
- we came during september, it is considered their off season. not a lot of tourist. peak season is considered from november through may.
- if you do come in september, make sure you check the weather to plan out your excursions (it'll be like this: some days it's rainy, some days it's not. or it'd be rainy in the morning but the afternoon it'll clear up and then back to rainy again in the evening 🤷‍♀️)
- it is expensive in the island, be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and drinks... but the food and drinks taste so good hahah🥹
- btw, everyone on the island is so nice and friendly, from the staff at your hotel, to waiters/bartenders at every restaurant, and taxi/transportation drivers
- if you're looking for calm waters and a chill/relaxing time at the beach, cayman is for uuuuuuu !!

some recommendations that we didn't get to do:
- governor's beach
- cemetery beach
- spotts beach (known for their wild sea turtles)
- horseback riding on the beach (their are a couple horseback riding companies, a few to choose from!)

special thanks to @grandcaymanmarriottbeachresort !! 🩵

Grand Cayman really might have the best food scene in the Caribbean… and I’m standing on that. 😂🌴

I went beyond the typical tourist spots and found some seriously GOOD food. 😋

And the crazy part? **I genuinely loved every single meal.**

If you’re heading to Grand Cayman, save this for your food itinerary because you’re going to want these spots. 👀

Which one are you trying first? 👇🏾

No AI, not a paid list…Just my fat a$$ thoughts 💭 since yall always want to know where to eat🙈

For the friend who doesn’t like to wear pants. They are welcome and embraced here.

For the friend who loves to wine and dine.

For the one who keeps the dentist in business. (That’s me)
At Scratch get the cassava cake donut. At Brasserie-anything seasonal or with mango. At Ms. Pipers the pavlova or the creme brulee crepe. At Anchor and Den-their famous chocolate cake. At Gelato- well, everything.

For the one that can hold their drink 🍹

For the friend that loves matcha,is vegan and counting their macros

For the one that’s stretching their dollar to the payday

For the friend that knows good food 🇰🇾

For the one chasing the views 🌊

Pool time, curry goat, Blue iguanas, prop planes, ceviche and pretty causa and mince fish, Cuban rum from the ‘30s, agricole from the ‘60s, husband (80s vintage), bats caves. Not pictured: air rifles. Cayman—Grand, Little, and Brac—it was a pleasure.

Another disappointing Caesar from @pepperscayman. Didn’t even bother to toss the dressing which maybe was for the best because it wasn’t very good. I don’t know where restaurants even find these disgusting croutons. 3/10

Island time! 🏝️ This local Mahi dish, called the Rundown, smothered in semi-spicy sauce with locally grown sweet potatoes is my new favorite. Paired with a glass of rosé to beat the heat and it’s👌.
