In recognition of International Yoga Day and Ivy Child International’s 15th anniversary, children and youth led yoga, mindfulness, music, dance, and cultural practices alongside families, educators, community leaders, and public officials committed to advancing children’s mental health and well-being.

☀️ Next in our Summer Reading Series!

we lucked out with another gorgeous patio day at @peppinosdosa this time with delicious dosais and Vaishnavi Patel’s 10 Incarnations of Rebellion.

A young woman at the center of rebellion and independence, woven with the ten avatars of Vishnu - Patel brings the idea of independence into a more recent setting, making the struggle feel closer to our own generations.

We loved her idea that revisiting history isn’t only about looking back - it’s about recognizing that the struggle continues, even as the tactics change.

At just ~250 pages, it’s an impressively compact, but packed read. We had a lively conversation about what worked and where the mythology/ history / storyline could have connected more.

And of course, the delicious dosais and beautiful patio at @peppinosdosa made for a wonderful afternoon of books and conversation - another one for the summer🌤️🌿📚

Love @peppinosdosa in Waltham! ❤️ They have two kitchens and essentially two restaurants under one roof—one for vegetarian dishes and one for meat. I also love that the menu clearly marks which items can be made vegan, making it super easy to order.

Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the dosas are definitely a favorite! We actually just bought a wet stone mill and are going to try making our own dosas at home now.

Peppino’s Dosa in Waltham serves authentic North & South Indian cuisine with two dedicated kitchens (one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian)!

Everything we tried was packed with flavor, but my standouts were the garlic naan, chicken hakka noodles & the butter chicken 🤌🏽🔥

Just had an amazing meal at Peppino’s Dosa! 🤩✨

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was equally amazing. Highly recommend trying their Soya Chaap, Sham Savera Kofta, Garlic Naan, Gulab Jamun Cheesecake and Kulfi every dish was packed with flavor and definitely worth ordering! 😍🍛🍰

If you’re looking for great Indian food, this place is a must-visit! ❤️

As someone who doesn’t eat red meat and often chooses vegetarian dishes- I really appreciate this!

2 Kitchens 1 Roof 😉 @peppinosdosa

Peppino's Dosa is located in Waltham right on Moody Street. They run two separate kitchens, one for vegetarians and one for non-vegetarians. If you are dining in the vegetation section you are only allowed to order off that menu, but if you are dining in the non-vegetarian section you are allowed to order off both menus.

The food had tons of flavor and the presentation was great. You can tell how much thought and effort was put into the food regardless if it was a vegetarian dish or a non-vegetarian dish. Can't wait to go back and try more food!
