First high school football game in the books. These boys competed all 4 quarters. It was good to see other players we played against in youth football! Football is back!

Most football athletes train hard… but never actually improve acceleration.

Your first 3 steps determine almost everything in football speed.

Acceleration is a skill:
• projection
• angles
• force application
• posture
• timing
