Behind the lens. In the middle of the action.

One of the best parts of being a filmmaker is documenting moments that bring a community together.

From families enjoying a night out with the NYPD, to neighbors connecting, and even capturing NYC Mayor @nycmayor stopping by, this event was a reminder that strong communities are built through shared experiences.

A special thank you to my friend @perceptionmvt for grabbing these behind-the-scenes photos of me doing what I love. Most of the time I’m behind the camera, so it’s always great to have someone capture the work in action.

Every event has a story. My job is to make sure it’s never forgotten.

Community workouts just hit different 💥
The energy, the laughs, the hard work, the people — every session feels like a level-up.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to come out and get moving… this is it.
No pressure, no judgment — just a solid group of people pushing each other to win.

We’d love to have you at the next one.
Come get a workout in and feel the energy for yourself.

Drop an “I’m in!” if you're coming. 👊🔥

Doing hard things alone builds strength.
Doing them with a team builds momentum. 💪
This crew shows up, works hard, and proves that fitness is better when you’ve got people who push and encourage you.
That’s what Team Madd House is all about.
We don’t do easy — we do it together.
The next team workout is this Saturday — drop a “ME” if you’re in! 👊

This crew showed up, pushed hard, and reminded me why we do what we do 💪
It’s not just about the reps or the sweat —
It’s about showing up for yourself, and being surrounded by people who push you to do it better.

Effort. Energy. Accountability. That’s the difference.

If you missed this one — we’ve got another chance to lock in:
📅 Next Team Workout: November 15th
📍 Same time. Same place.
Let’s keep building something strong — together.

There’s something different about the people who invite you to get active…

They don’t just want to hang out —
They want to see you win.
Physically. Mentally. In life.

That’s what this crew is about.

Appreciate the ones who pull you into the hard stuff —
because they’re the ones who actually care 💪
