My 32nd birthday was last week 💖 These are some of my favorite adventures from the past year (heavy on moments from filming the music video for Sweet Dreams ☁️).

Most of the year felt like slide 2 😂 head barely above water, heart racing, out of breath, can’t see nothin, and somehow still giggling my way through. I’m pretty sure my soul signed up for the experiential package when it decided to become a human…

The point is the feeling. The point is the not knowing. The anxiety. The loving. The courage. The grieving. The learning. The creating. The becoming and the unbecoming.

A part of me wishes for peace. Another part of me knows that peace does not come from the absence of tension or chaos or uncertainty – it comes from staying rooted in myself while flowing through it all.

Grateful for the ones who tend to my soil 🙏🏾✨

A [re]introduction on the eve of the full moon in Leo ✨

I’m working on embodying a bit more childlike “hey look at me! Look what I can do *twirl*” energy in how I share myself online lol. So here’s a little about meee 🧞‍♀️

I recently wrote an essay about prioritizing my art while the world is burning over on Substack and shared it in my podcast, Imperfectly. Check it out in my bio ❤️‍🔥

The photos from slides 1 & 4 were shot by my fave @allyalmorephoto 😍

Also I clearly love me a mountain.
