Casper was found alone in a parking lot and in bad condition. He was kept safe by a wonderful group of people for almost 48 hours. A wonderful family stepped up and decided to keep him safe from the streets and the cold 🙏🙏 He has been fully vetted and neutered. He wasn’t chipped and no owners came forward. Casper is about 2 years old. He is VERY SWEET. He has done well on walks and with other dogs. He aims to please!! 😌Just a GREAT disposition and deserves the BEST home. If you can’t adopt, please please please share him! Dogs like him are hard to find 💚💚💚 Applications can be filled out on our website: www.interstatepaw.org. Thank you to his amazing foster home and all who help animals in need! #adoptdontshop🐾 #rescuedogsofinstagram #bulliesofinstagram🐾🐶 #bestdogever

Ruby was pulled from MDAS in January. She has been vetted and spayed. She is ready for her forever home! Applications can be filled out on our website. She does well with dogs with proper intro. Probably would do best with a calmer dog. Please share her so she can find HER home. Thank you 💕💕💕

Ruby, a yorkie mix, was rescued from MDAS over two weeks ago. She has been vetted and spayed. She has an old injury that healed incorrectly, so one of her hind legs doesn’t bend. She doesn’t let that stop her! She loves to walk, run, and play! She is very sweet. Potty trained. Doesn’t shed. About 3 years old and 12 lbs. Adoption fee applies. If interested, please fill out an application on our website www.interstatepaw.org. We do home visits to ensure she is a right fit. Please share her. Thank you! 💞💞#mdassurvivor #adoptdontshop❤️ #yorkiesforadoption🐾 #rescuesisthebestbreed

Ruby, formerly Lilo at MDAS, was pulled on 1/10/2025. She sat for a week very sick at MDAS with diarrhea and kennel cough. She has been stabilized and is now ready for her spay surgery. She has a very old injury that causes her to walk a bit differently but doctors don’t think it is worth putting her through surgery. She walks and runs! She doesn’t let it stop her 😌😌 She is a very happy and sweet dog ready to live 🙏🙏 Her current bill is at $655, without the spay surgery. We need funds❣️❣️❣️She will be boarded as she heals and will continue to be evaluated for her leg. Any amount helps!! Links are in our IPAW bio. Venmo is @IPAW2014 and Zelle/PayPal is interstatepaw@gmail.com. Thank you to all who help us! Please share and/or donate 💟 #mdassurvivor #urgentdogsofmiami #adoptdontshop🐾 #ipaw

Mochi was brought into the shelter by MDAS officers with multiple fractures. He sat in the shelter in pain with no help in sight. We couldn’t let him suffer any longer. He is now safe at the vet waiting for his kennel cough to pass so he can have surgery. His new name is Vegas 🥹 Lilo also has a fracture. Her new name is Ruby 😊She was brought in by a passerby. BOTH need to be fixed. It will be costly bills and we are praying for funds. We have had a lot of severe medical cases in the last two years but we often take the ones no one else can or will. Thank you to @bunnybonus for getting them out of the shelter bright and early on Saturday and rushing them to safety. We can’t do this alone and appreciate any and all support!! 🙏💚 links to donate are in bio but our Zelle/PayPal is interstatepaw@gmail.com and Venmo is @IPAW2014. Any amount helps and please share these babies. Thank you!!!!

2025 in review 🙏🙏 Not the easiest of years but we had many miracles happen for our rescues. So many stories we thought would never have a happy ending but they did thanks to some incredible people on our path this year. We are especially thankful to some amazing adopters who never gave up and helped some “difficult” dogs feel right at home 🥹🥹 We are also grateful they keep in touch and let us be part of the forever home journey. Makes our day! ✨✨ We want to thank our supporters for all of your donations and shares. We can’t do this alone! And a very special thank you to @jaceybirch @jaceywplg for helping us at the start of the year when no one else would! Her story on @grover.and.zorro went viral and helped these boys get to the BEST home in Maine. Please also take a minute a follow @skythewolfofmiami who had a very bleak start with us but is now thriving thanks to his amazing dad and best friend. We wish everyone very happy holidays and hoping 2026 brings better luck to these precious souls that are at our mercy 🙏Animal welfare laws need to improve or this will never end. We will continue to be their voice and fight for justice. Again, thank you to all who make this happen!! @mwestdesigns @kkramitz @luluvilas @gablestage @urgentdogsofmiami @cfalquezm @percys_cause @adequesada @louis_edward_balletta @sweeney.bean @chinaa_x23 @sofi_mindfullifejourney @yvicristina207 @davidbialski @dwise430

⏰⏰LATE POST⏰⏰ In June, we were fortunate enough to be able to travel to MAINE to see the boys. We went on Father’s Day weekend to visit one of the best dads ever: GROVER 🤎🤎It has been 5 months since we we were there, and the are doing even better than they were in June. They found the BEST parents who helped them adjust and become part of their family. We couldn’t be happier for “our” boys! This post is for everyone who was part of their journey and continues to ask about them ☺️☺️☺️ They are thriving and we are so happy for all of them! 💛 #mdassurvivor #bulliesofinstagram #adoptdontshop❤️ #rescuedismyfavoritebreed🐾 #ipaw #ipawrescues #zorroandgrover #urgentdogsofmiami

We helped this sweet boy get to his new home in New Orleans from Miami yesterday. He was scared and confused but today is thriving in a much better environment. 🚨🚨We need to raise the $500 in transport costs for rental and gas 🚨🚨ANY help is appreciated 🙏🙏 We will always help with transportation if we can!! We just want to be sure any dog or cat gets to the right forever home!! That’s part of our mission. Not just rescue. 🐾 It is so sad to see these dogs overbred and dumped. So many people go with the trends and don’t fully research breeds before buying 😢😢 Poodles and poodle mixes are ending up in large numbers at shelters. Yet, people continue to breed and shop. A lot of these breeders with “papers” are false but people fall for it. Please help us raise funds and awareness by sharing this post. This is one of many poodle mixes we have saved in the last few years. Heartbreaking 😢😢😢 Luckily this family didn’t send him to the shelter but that could have very well been his fate. #adoptdontshop❤️🐾 ***Link in bio for donations!!! Thank you to all who help us!!! 🖤
