✨Bathroom Remodel✨

I love all the style choices the customer made for this bathroom. The basketweave marble floor goes beautifully with the marble vanity countertop. Hints of brushed gold throughout the room - brushed gold shower/ sink hardware✨, gold rimmed mirror-cabinet✨ gold sconces✨. She chose an extra deep soaking tub with bullnose tile niches. We fit in a mini closet for storage at the end of the shower. I matched the wanescoting with a custom radiator cover (which still needs to be painted). All new electrical with all the lighting and bathroom fan on dimmers.! So much behind the scenes work redoing the entire plumbing stack from basement to second floor bathroom. I couldn’t have done this project without the help of my buddies @christianthomasdesigns and @perfectdoobs

“Red Balau has a beautiful red-brown color. It has long been held as one of the finest-quality hardwoods available for exterior projects, able to compete with Ipe decking in both appearance and performance. There are many different types of Mahogany throughout the world, and Red Balau is definitely a great one for decking projects. The color of Red Balau heartwood is more consistent overall compared to many other woods, with subtly varying red-brown tones which even out to a rich brown color upon exposure to the elements.”
Routering the butt ends of the decking makes a huge difference (in my opinion). We are wrapping up this beautiful deck with some lattice soon!
