Over the course of my 15 years working in music I’ve seen what you’ve seen: artist development dying right in front of our eyes. Labels are financial institutions. They chase virality. They milk the artist for what they’re worth, and move on to the next.

I’ve seen enough. I care about true talent and still believe in the promise of real work ethic. What’s driven me my entire career has been the joy, fulfillment and success in matching the artist’s vision with careful attention to detail and unwavering commitment to authenticity.

Perfect Storm, my new artist partnership, intends to lead not chase. That means financially transparent commitments and an experienced and elite team dedicated to the genuine and effective development of each one of our artists. We believe in great music first and foremost.

I was raised in rural New England, where we always took seriously a warning for those in the way: Storm comin’.
