After Stretch Therapy, we explored the connection between the hip, ankle and foot.

• Hip rotation — exploring the new range
• Foot & ankle — gentle stretching and sensory work
• Guided movement — finding a comfortable stretch
• Self-exploration — connecting the foot back to the hip

It’s not always about stretching harder.
It’s about learning to feel and move better.
