The @performancepin are a fun tool to add to your cable machine accessories list... Just make sure you get the real deal, not the knock offs

What is the perfect dropset?

Most people think intensity means ADDING MORE WEIGHT.

In reality, real intensity often starts when the weight drops - and the control stays.

A dropset isn't just about burning the muscle.
It's about shifting angles or grip without resting, to extend the set and push past failure - all in one smooth sequence. No changing plates. No ego lifting. Just precision.

📍Why use dropsets?
• Extend time under tension
• Maximize hypertrophy in one station
• Save time and hit more depth per set
• Perfect for machines with @performancepin

This isn’t random fatigue. This is targeted overload - and a brutal way to grow.

I have never done a recording while working out, so some of what I am saying may not make sense. I was a little nervous. These drop set pins from @performancepin have been a great tool tablet. I am able to really push myself with these plate loaded machines now. Excuse the mess with my words and the video positioning. But I’ll get better at it. I was doing a practice run before posting some other workouts that people asked for. Keep working y’all. @sam_sulek you inspired me to give this a go. Thanks sir 🫡. #fitnessmotivation #chestdayworkout #gymmotivation #gym
