In the latest podcast episode, I sit down with Perri Chase, a teacher whose journey from Wall Street to deep embodiment work has given her rare insight into power, intimacy, and connection.

Perri teaches a practice called SXBMB™️, designed to help women expand their nervous system’s capacity, connect with desire, and fully inhabit their bodies. While it’s built for women, the lessons from this teacher are invaluable for men.

We talk about what true presence looks like, how men can cultivate deeper energetic awareness, and why the missing piece in most men’s lives is more connection to themselves.

If you want to be more grounded, more magnetic, and more powerful in intimacy and beyond, this conversation is for you.

Listen now and start shifting the way you show up.

"The truth sort of speaks for itself. You just kind of hold it and represent it. You do not need to bang it over people's heads. It just is. It's an ‘is’-ness. And they don't have to accept it for it to be true."

To get the complete Episode Guide of the QBC Podcast so you can jump to the exact topic you need, comment or DM "Guide" and we'll send you the link.

The Quantum Biology Collective Podcast provides both an overview and a deep dive into exactly how light affects health. The extent to which toxic light and healthy light affect human biology is mind-blowing, and a fast growing area of research.

Whether you're a practitioner, or a person looking to feel better, getting a grasp of how circadian rhythms really work and learning how to manage your light environment is foundational to human health & wellbeing.

There is so much devastation in our world that it can be incredibly overwhelming. So what is our real job when it comes to the horrific things happening in our world? ⁣
⁣
Committing to our own personal practice. ⁣
⁣
Tending to our connection to Source/ God. ⁣
⁣
Letting ourselves be guided by that energy. ⁣
⁣
Holding steady when the world feels like it’s crumbling. ⁣
⁣
Speaking from a place of Authencity and Service. ⁣
⁣
On the latest episode of What’s Up With Katie @sarah.catherine.trudeau shares about her practice with this.⁣
⁣
We are both personal practitioners of SXBMB™️, a guided stroking meditation that has opened us both up to being able to hold ourselves in the face of global upheaval while speaking up in service to greater awakening. ⁣
⁣
Our teacher and creator of the practice, @perri_chase has recently done an amazing free masterclass series on a woman’s relationship to her pssy and the spiritual significance of that relationship. She has also opened the doors to a beautiful program that teaches this work. ⁣
⁣
If you’re curious about this practice, you can sign up for the free classes in Sarah or my bio links and use the referral code KATIE or SARAH. They come down Oct 14th!

If you can’t trust yourself—your body’s wisdom, your felt sense…essentially that deep inner knowing connected to Source—then what can you trust?

A true teacher first supports you to re-connect to and trust that internal relationship between your own Body, Soul and Source. Until that point, there is nothing else they can genuinely offer you.

At the core of the Religious Trauma Wound is the illusion that you and your body are separate from Divinity.

As long as you hand over your relationship and responsibility for the divine intelligence of your body— or disconnect from any part of it, or trust an authority figure more than your direct authentic inner authority in order to get approval, superiority, belonging—or anything you think you need or want from other people—you are buying into the illusion and basically selling your Soul.

Religious trauma feeds of the shame of that results from this false separation, eroding trust in ourself, our body, and even the whispers of our soul when it doesn’t fit with the indoctrination and programming.

It also feeds on the flip-side of that same shame: Pride. Pride has us grip tightly to its rigid rules and judgments. Trapping us in the projections of the mental realm—blinding us to the nuances and deeper Truths within.

These Truths become viscerally apparent when we drop into the present moment, attuning to the energy, density and intelligence of our bodies…feeling what simply is.

If you cannot trust yourself internally, your ego-mind will constantly be chasing, consuming and judging the thing it will never have access to.

This is how we are individually and collectively seduced and programmed into handing over our Divine Life-Force and all its resources over to serving the preferences of our own and others egoic identities,, religions, political power-grabs, crusades and wars.

I learned it the hard way during my endometriosis journey. It is a work in progress.

The documented and published reasons about the root cause of endometriosis/ PCOS or any kind of Ovarian cysts are that it might be due to retrograde menstruation; genetic predisposition; hormonal imbalance; immune system disorders; and surgical scar implantation.

But my take on it is different:

1. What I have studied factually is that endometriosis is a LIFESTYLE imbalance condition. All the pesticides, herbicides, plastics, and endocrine disruptors are big players in this health condition.

2. Ovarian cysts involve healing on mental, emotional, physical, relational, energetics, and SPIRITUAL levels. Because toxins in your external environment means that they have been residing inside you for lifetimes in the form of toxic belief systems, patterns, thoughts, emotions, and intentions.

3. Ovarien cyst lives in ovaries in a female body, and the energetic function of ovaries is creation. Whether it is creating a baby an embodied soul work. Both of these types of creations can not happen without connecting with the your SEXUAL ENERGY. By embracing the sacredness and truth of your unique sexual energy and sexual expression, these conditions can be healed on root level.

4. Sexual Energy communicates through sensations in your body. Sensations actually hold the "Truth codes" of your unique experiences in life. In a women's body, our P*USSY is naturally holding 8000 nerve endings where all these sensations and truth codes reside. So without connecting with the truths in your P*USSY you can not make any choice aligned with your soul, body and your life. Therefore the only way to to know or protect your reproductive rights is by doing the spiritual work.

If this makes you curious, my teacher @perri_chase did three free masterclasses on P*USSY Work. You can access them by registering at

After watching the masterclasses, if you feel called to join the six months PMAP program,

We are in a time that is calling for a new archetype of woman. And I am seeing them emerge. One of the common denominators between them all, is they have a reverent relationship with their pssy and through that have an embodied relationship to God. ⁣One that shapes them into the woman they’re meant to be.
⁣
A woman’s relationship with her pssy is one of the most important relationships she can have, yet many women would say their pssy is a distant stranger. It is no surprise why this is is, but there are some women out there whose missions are to bring her into the light in a way that is in deep service to humanity.⁣
⁣
One of these women is my teacher, @perri_chase , and I’m really excited for you to listen to this conversation that she and I originally had on Instagram Live and is now available on my podcast! I’ve been working with her for the past 3 years and much of my journey has been influenced by her field and her practices.⁣
⁣
We touch on so much in this episode including:⁣
* the responsibility of Mother⁣
* a woman’s discernment⁣
* pssy’s connection to embodying authenticity⁣
* pssy’s connection to purpose⁣
* different feminine archetypes that might be missing the mark⁣
* how now more than ever, we need women who are fully embodied and alive on this planet.
* the difference between sx magic and true service⁣
⁣ ⁣
⁣
Link to episode is in my bio. ⁣
⁣

If you’re inspired by this conversation and want to explore and deepen your own relationship with your pssy, Perri has a collection of free masterclasses, A Woman’s Guide to the Universe, introducing a framework for women to begin. ⁣
⁣
The last live class is this Monday at 11 am PT and you can grab the replays too. ⁣

Your core beliefs actually do not let you experience the fullness of life 🔥

Layers upon layers unpacked on

- Why a part of me had been extractive?
- What it wanted me to see?
- why I had to fight for my share?
- How I got this belief of "Not Enough"
- Hit my core belief "I am not loved, I am not cherished, I am not valuable"
- How my PSSY practice unpacked all these layers and showed me where I was closed?

I have been doing womb work since my early 20’s.

I learned about blood mysteries, understanding my inner moon cycle and her connection to the sacred feminine. I have understood my yoni in all matter of ways and taught countless women about the importance of our connection to her. I have seen my lady parts as the cosmic creatrix that she is.

All this and….

The pu$$y work I have done with my teacher @perri_chase at this stage of my life has been beyond awakening. This solo pu$$y stroking was and is a whole another level that I believe every woman needs the codes for and not every woman is ready for.

But let me speak for myself as someone who came into this remembrance already loving her and understanding her, I was not prepared for the depth of the sxbmb Perri’s practice, would open on me.

What have I opened too as a result of the sxbmb practice:
The access to higher realms whiling living in this body
A deeper more profound connection to my entire body
Increased capacity to manage my life
Access to my inner magic,
The ability to live open no matter what.

For those who have witnessed my transformation over the last 2.5 years here’s a big chunk.

Love you mama!

This post feels confronting to the parts of me that would rather stay small and not be seen.

I have been quietly working over here for years.. not saying much - too scared to talk about what I do.

It is time to share about the work and how I am no longer the same woman I was when I started.

For so long I actually loved being disembodied.. it allowed me to get away with a lot and not have to take responsibility for the consequences of my actions. All smoke and mirrors. I was so deep in that I didn’t even realize what I was doing. Charm and manipulation were baked in to who I thought I was.

So when I met my teacher, @perri_chase, and started stroking my pssy as spiritual practice, I was fucked up for a long time. I was fucked up because working with pssy heats up my system from the inside and starts to burn off what isn’t true. In that burning off, it brings all of the illusion - the facade - the fake shit right to the surface where it can be seen.

And then, I look.. I really look and I get to see. And sometimes it takes a very long time to untangle all of the tendrils before the behavioral pattern can leave. A process that can feel both annoying and painful at times.

But let me tell you.

I am so beyond grateful for this work. Feeling how much space my Soul inhabits in THIS body now.. it’s life changing. I don’t have to work so hard to hold up all of these masks that keep both you and me comfortable. I get to drop them all and just be. This is FREEDOM.

And of course I still have stuff - and walls - and crunchy bits in there.. but I am more me than I have ever been.

And I have this work - SXBMB - to thank for that.

Thank you so much, @perri_chase.

Perri is doing 3 free Masterclasses in September. Please join her to really see and feel what this work is all about.
