throwing it back to 2.5 years ago at our first-ever tournament, hosted for our second birthday. oh how much we’ve grown, as players and as a community 🤠🙈💐

collectively, we’ve welcomed THOUSANDS (if not hundreds of thousands!!!) more players into the World of Mahjong, and helped each ofher find our place and way within the culture.

our best players have gotten EVEN better ??!?!?!? 🙂‍↔️ and thanks to the force of mahjong teachers, homegrown experts, and mahjong-obsessed among us, over time we’ve amassed a big ole sub-community of Hella Advanced Players within our club.

for the past 2.5 years, these players keep telling us they wanna tap into the higher-stakes, competitive layer of mahjong we don’t often dabble in — without sacrificing the social energy that makes us, us.

WELL WE HEARD YA!!!! in 1:1 convos, in our DMs and Discord, at events, and beyond. and we agree.

it’s high time we establish NEW corners of gtsc where the best of best can compete, commune, and celebrate mahjong mastery ⏱️🏆🏁

SO YEAH, WE LOCKED IN. GTSC TOURNAMENTS ARE MAKING A COMEBACK. FIRST ONE OCT 18. SEE U FRIDAY FOR THE LAUNCH!

Thanks to everyone for coming out to Asian Beverage Voices’s Spicy Social last night!

This event—and the team behind it—reflects both the growing need for and momentum of ABV. In just two years, we’ve hosted multiple activations, welcomed new members, and partnered with generous hosts, all while staying true to our mission: advancing AAPI representation in the beverage industry.

A special thank you to MME for graciously securing this beautiful space and hosting us. A heartfelt thanks to our amazing volunteers: Jenny, Taylor, Leslie, Scott, and Hannah. You all took the lead and made this event happen. Your energy, effort, and commitment brought tonight to life.

Stay tuned for future events!
