Being full moon today, it is a time to connect to gratitude and experience the many blessings you have in your life.

Today at our studio we gathered as a group for chanting, meditation & yoga. Today marks the first of many FULL MOON CEREMONIES.

Next up is August 1. The Ceremony is free, with donations accepted for @hope4astreetdog .

On August 1 we will gather for a one-hour mantra followed by a meditation & a fire ceremony.

Happy full moon.
May you be happy.
May you be free.
May you be healthy.
May you be peaceful.

A lifetime of preparation and a life’s dream about to be fulfilled as I complete the first leg of my pilgrimage to India, during the the Kumbha Mela no less. It most certainly promises to be an adventure....“Seek the wisdom that will untie your knot. Seek the path that demands your whole being.” - Rumi
