🕑 2:00 PM | Meet at the Library and walk to Yellow Kittens.
Dress up your pups for a great cause! $20 to enter, with all proceeds benefiting the Block Island Veterinary Initiative. Prizes for creative costumes!

💀 Saturday, October 31 | Halloween Block Party
🕒 3–7 PM | Field in front of Oar
An afternoon of music, candy, food, activities, and games! Supporting local students pursuing careers in the trades.

[📍Block Island, RI] We loved our recent little day trip to Block Island! 🏝️Whether you go in the summer or off season, you’ll have an amazing time with cute shops, seals (!!!), and solid vegan options. I really enjoyed my breakfast at @persephoneskitchen & lunch at @yellowkittensbi (Los Gatitos) and highly recommend if you find yourself in the area 😋 Those loaded nachos with @beyondmeat on top are no joke!

Have a few weekends free before the weather starts to get colder? A Block Island day trip is the answer.

This is one of my new favorite spots in New England. The whole island is so laid back, casual, beachy, and wonderful - it seriously felt like another world out there.

Of course, you can always stay over, but we absolutely made the most of our day - here’s exactly what we did, itinerary as follows!

1. Took the 9:30 ferry out of Narragansett
2. Rented bikes from Island Moped and Bike
3. Went to @persephoneskitchen for breakfast
4. Biked to Crescent Beach
5. Biked to Southeast Lighthouse / Mohegan Bluffs
6. Lobster rolls at @southeastlightdelights_bi
7. Drinks and live music at @ballardsbeach
8. Shopped around
9. @champlinsresort for banana mudslides and live music
10. @deadeyedicks for dinner
11. Shopping and sunset by the water
12. Ice cream at @theicecreamplace
13. 8pm ferry back to Narragansett
