AND, your event tickets also raised $873 for Healthy Strides Foundation, chosen by Winnie’s mum, Barbara 💚

That’s $12,595 raised altogether in honour of Winnie 💚

We had SO MUCH FUN at the @mud_buddies_perth Wild for Winnie charity event! A whole community came together to raise funds for @healthystridesfoundation and @telethon7. So many amazing humans donated their time, resources and money to make this event happen.

💛 When a community comes together for something truly special… ✨

This morning, little man and I enjoyed some precious one-on-one time at Wild for Winnie! 🐦🦖🌿

Hosted by Eve @mud_buddies_perth , this beautiful sensory play event was held in honour of a very special little boy, Winnie 💛 With all ticket proceeds supporting the Healthy Strides Foundation and raffle sales going directly to @telethon7 , it was a morning filled with fun, love and community spirit! 🫶

The theme? All things Winnie! Djidi Djidis (Willy Wagtails), dinosaurs, nature and lots of sensory fun! 🐦🦖

We spent the morning making potions 🧪, spotting Djidi Djidis, painting 🎨, playing drums 🥁 and exploring all the fun activities!

🎟️ There's still time to support this wonderful cause! Raffle tickets close 18th October, with prizes drawn 19th October! There are some incredible prizes to win - if you've seen @perth.dadventures stories, you've probably seen the incredible prizes generously donated by local businesses! 🎁

Community, kindness and a whole lot of love for Winnie. 💛

We're holding a 24-HOUR AUCTION for this beautiful, one-of-a-kind Djidi Djidi artwork, created with love for Winnie and brought to life with the help of little hands at today's fundraiser 🥹

The incredibly talented Deanne, a proud Widi Yamatji and Noongar woman (and artist!), lovingly created this piece for our fundraiser 🐦‍⬛

In Noongar stories and lore, the Djidi Djidi is known as a clever, busy little messenger bird. And for those who know Winnie's story, you'll understand just how special this little bird is! 🐦

But here's where it gets even more beautiful...

Today, at our fundraising event, the wonderful Emma from Emma-Jane's Weaving guided our tiny humans as they added their own colourful marks to the canvas 🥹

Tiny hands. Big hearts. A whole lot of love.

An extremely selfless, humble and kind hearted girly dreamt of a sensory day to honour her Winnie.

And as per usual, she smashed it. She sold out. She raised thousands. She hustled HARD for weeks.

A little play, a whole lot of love. 💚

Today, we travelled north of the river (you know it’s for a good cause 😂) to be part of Wild for Winnie, a beautiful morning bringing together local play businesses in honour of a very special little boy.

There was so much joy, exploring, messy play, creativity and little moments of magic. All coming together for something bigger than ourselves.

It’s pretty special to be part of a community of small businesses who are willing to share their time, ideas and love to support a cause that means so much.

All ticket proceeds are going to @healthystridesfoundation , chosen by Winnie’s mum, Barbara, with raffle proceeds supporting @telethon7
