One last summer night done right in Montauk 🥂🐾

Such a fun night @rootedmtk for Hamptons Hour’s End of Summer Cocktail Party benefiting @arfhamptons

Good drinks, good food, the cutest pups, and so many amazing local businesses coming together for a great cause. 🤍

And of course @saturdaycandyco came through with the Swedish candy 🍬

The perfect way to close out summer in the Hamptons while supporting ARF and everything they do for animals across the East End.

why i love this so much?! the drive, the prep, the moment class starts and everyone just shows up for themselves.

As a Pilates Instructor at @petal.pilates, I’m especially excited to bring a little bit of that energy into the studio with Bollywood Rhythms Pilates Flow.

I’ll be teaching it on Mondays at 7:30 PM — a strength and mobility-focused Pilates flow set to a mix of Bollywood and house music. Expect intentional strengthening, mobility work, fluid transitions, and plenty of good music to move to.

I’m so excited to meet you all, welcome first timers, move together, and become part of the Petal community. Come join me on the reformer. Hope to see you Monday night!

taught this in class and nobody escaped. arms shaking, legs burning, core working the whole time just to keep everything still. @petal.pilates

that’s the thing about stability work. it looks simple, and then your whole body shows up for it.

save this for your next session 💛
