As a planner, I sometimes hear the words, “I don’t need a coordinator/planner because my day is simple and I’ve booked great vendors.” Unfortunately, someone inevitably becomes the coordinator and the point person of the day. Sometimes it’s a family member who desires to be present with you or a key vendor like the Photographer who now has two jobs to complete.

After I ask a few questions I typically hear the phrase “oh, I never thought of that before”. At Stella Ray Weddings, we go over all of these topics you’ve never thought of to help bring clarity and be the point person for everyone during the wedding.

Guys, dreams really do come true.

I’ve been planning this shoot for MONTHS, and I seriously couldn’t be happier with how it turned out 🤩 The weather—blue skies, not a cloud in sight. The dress—are you kidding me?! She’s STUNNING. The hair—nailed my vision to a t. Her makeup—flawless, not a single pore in sight. Don’t even get me started on the florals, the bouquet belongs in a museum. Finally, the location was so so beautiful and pulled everything together ❤️

Thanks a million times over to all the incredibly talented and kind artists and vendors that pitched in to make this shoot a reality, you guys are amazing 🙏

Jack @flwrfg , it has been such a great joy to see you again in person, a couple of years after your graduation. There’s a reason you were granted the @oasisfloralproductsnamerica Smithers-Oasis scholarship in the EMC Advanced Course and you comming back to London was proof you’ve more than deserved it.

had the best weekend in london with a superstar team of designers led by the incredible @tomasdebruyne to create these beautiful sculptures for his new book launch “The Art of Design” at @rsvpclubofficial ❤️‍🔥

so much knowledge was packed into these three days, and i’m really really proud of what we pulled off. still feels like a whirlwind seeing how quickly it came together, it took a special team 🌱

it was really meaningful to reconnect with my @emcprogram family and to meet new lifelong friends 🫶 one of my favorite things about working in this natural medium is how connected everything is, and this project felt like a perfect example of that.
