POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I remember a few years ago I kept seeing these wood fired pizzas and the location tag was in North Jersey and I was like, “Who is this guy and where can I get this 🍕?”

I tracked @mind_machine down at one of his pop ups and brought him a little snack. And that led to a collab pop up at @kimchismoke last year.

I’m happy to announce that we can all get his delicious food at his new spot in #SuffernNY @alta_irpinia

What’s the moral of this story? Bring food when you visit a chef that you know or don’t know. (But don’t demand that they post it and tag you. Don’t be that guy or gal.) #stayclassylikefreddieblassie #letmypeoplecho

I was in the mood for ramen (ramyun) sans the seasoning pack which has a lot of stuffs in it if ya know what I mean. So, I put in my Not Cho Rub and some extra salt and cayenne powder along with an egg, pork belly, and fresh scallions.

It was tasty. It could be a thing. Should I make it a thing? 😋

Today is Zigaboo appreciation day! He would have been 20 years old. I recently (like last week) took up a new hobby of watercolor painting for my mental health (need to do less doom scrolling) using techniques from @andrea.nelson.art . She has all these fun little tricks for kids and not-kids like "goth glue" which is just black acrylic paint mixed into regular school glue. This makes easy borders for watercolor. It's so easy and very relaxing.

Anyway, here is rainbow bridge zigs!
🌈 🌁 🌈

We miss you forever little zigs. Ahhh Choo!

I’m sure someone has done it before, but when I was thinking about Japanese/Korean style Curry Rice which has potatoes, I thought the fries would be a good swap. Throw in some cheese, in this case cheese curds and what we got is Curry Poutine!

This could give Cholander Fries a run for it’s money. We’ll see… this is available only in Ridgewood. Hope you get to try it before there’s a curry shortage. (There’s always something) #letmypeoplecho

For some strange reason I'm reminded of this picture of #Peter and this #Peacock that was obsessed with him at a zoo in #PuertoVallarta in 2007 😄 🤣

When @costco gives you a huge bag of #MeyerLemons (ok I bought them willingly lol) you #preserve some in #salt for later use and make a #lemontart and you still have some left! #lemsg #phishdinnerandamovie #youenjoymyfood #tartsofinstagram #tarteaucitron #baking #bakingfromscratch #shortcrust #brûlé #torched #lemon #lemondesserts🍋 #lemonsfordays #meyerlemoncurd #preservedlemons #preservedmeyerlemons #lifegivesyoulemons
