Took me a while to break it.
But we cracked 17 back in May this year.

Sometimes you need just a bit of help to get you over the line & @petebasedtraining paced it to perfection.

Being a dad to a 2 year old and working a full time job has made it seriously challenging finding consistency with my training. You know the saying “2 steps forward, 1 back”? Yeh. My life right now.

I have had a good few months at it, and after picking up a decent time at the Manchester half I’m confident this has some room for improvement. Big improvement.

Im now in my 10k block hunting sub 35, and as part of this I will test my fitness ahead of 12th December to see where we are at.

Should I recruit @petebasedtraining again?!

IT’S MY BABY’S BIRTHDAYYYYYY 🥰♥️🥳✨

And wow are there so many things I could write today…

I could tell you how perfect you are in every single way. And say how much I love your silliness and our moments of being complete goofs together.

Or remind you how ridiculously handsome I think you are. And how I get quite easily distracted just looking at you.

I could talk in detail about how proud I am of you - of all you’ve accomplished and the way you strive for greatness in all you do, and how frickin’ awe-inspiring that is. You’re a role model to anyone who meets you and EVERYONE who meets you leaves your company a little brighter. You’re gold dust.

I could mention how you are my safe space. The one who makes me laugh when I want to cry. Whose hands are the safest place my heart has ever been.

There are a lot of things I could write today - but above all, I want to say how much you deserve to be loved. For all that you are. You are quite simply, the best man I know, and loving you is my absolute favourite thing to do.

So, here’s to you, my love. Life with you is the sweetest thing and I still can’t quite believe I get to call you mine ♥️

Had the sickest day out @mackyardevents last week with @hoka_eu & @sportsshoes

I had the pleasure of chasing @garyhouse_ around 1 yard of the @mackyardevents ULTRA, little did I know he was enjoying himself with the crowd whilst I was water boarded in a morph suit 😂

Met some awesome like minded people, I’m putting A MASSIVE RESPECT on these guys for putting it all on the line day and night to get as many miles done as possible! Just WOW!

So looking forward to more work with @hoka_eu - THE GOAT 🐐

As always my amazing @alliemariehunter was on the 📸 and keeping me organised 🔥❤️

Have to thank my boy @pickledjhon for kitting me out on the day. My very own punk rock Santa 🙏🏻💙

We livened up the Mackyard 24 by seeing if the HOKA morph guy could catch me on a full yard (6km) to win prizes for the spectators… I wasn’t taking any chances as he looked a but fast. 😎

It’s quite simple I think 👀

XL Runner = XL tee. Simple.

If you have any other topics you don’t want my opinion on, let me know below. I’m loving this kind of content lately 🎤

British instinct: Dog barking? Run towards it to say sorry. 🐶🎩

It’s global running day today, so I couldn’t let it go by without shouting out my ROCKET of a man 🚀✨

You are the most dedicated, passionate runner there is and I am SO unbelievably proud of you. I can’t wait to see what you continue to achieve & be on those sidelines right beside ya as we chase those dreams of yours.

WHAT A COMEBACK you’ve made with your life bby. And it’s only just beginning … ♥️🔥✨

DAY IN THE LIFE 💈🏋️

Just a barber trying to survive the algorithm and that… not one of these full time content creators 🤣

Few clips from the gym, a few trims in the shop, and somehow trying to remember to film any of it in between.

If you’re looking for a trim in Kempston/Bedford, you know where I am 📍

DM to book or hit the link in my bio 💈
