Summer dump ☀️ Time to put the paddle board away and say goodbye to lake days. Goodbye summer concerts, pools, tiny shorts and tan legs 👋🏼😢 I’ll keep the family get-together’s though. Love you guys.

Memorial trip was good. Fish caught, games played, cold ones crushed. #memorialdayweekend🇺🇸 #flyfishing #flyfishcolorado #boulderboatworks

This year was a road trip vacation to see our dearest friends in Southern Indiana. While there we:

✅ visited two more national parks, Gateway Arch and Mammoth Cave (we’re making progress towards our family goal of visiting all 63!)
✅ completed the ropes course inside the Mega Cave in Louisville
✅ slid through St. Louis’ City Museum (an absolute MUST see, it is pure insanity!)
✅ made friends with the most adorable kangaroos. Yes, kangaroos. In Kentucky…
✅ tried on derby hats while visiting the Kentucky Derby Museum

Most importantly, we visited with Tom, Maggie, Axel, and Nash, and can’t wait until we get see them again 😭💕

It’s not lost on me just how lucky I am to have these two.

And soon another daughter, the one who will make Charlie a big sister, a dream come true for her.

Now and then, 10 years ago.

On this day, 10 years ago, @petecandelaria and I met in a downtown beer garden - a decade that flew by and gifted us both with more grey hair than we ever would have imagined 😂💕

Cheers and beers to the next decade 🍻!!!
