One of our favorite things about this event is that it’s a “No One Turned Away” show. If the ticket price is a barrier, text the number above—they want everyone to have the chance to come enjoy live music, no matter what.

Whether you’ve seen us before or this will be your first Young Shadow show, we’d love to have you there. Bring a friend, sing along, and let’s make it a great night together. See you on the 25th!

The Summer of Love Retreat is in the books! Another epic retreat hosted by Flowering Lotus Meditation where worlds collide. Fantastic teachers Andrew Chapman and Mikey Noechel of Wild Heart Meditation Center in Nashville brought the founders of the other Wild Heart Sanghas together to meet on the mountain for five days of digging deep into the dharma. Many thanks to our teachers and assistants for showing everyone your Wild Hearts, now we can feel free to show ours.

Go out into the world and live this Dharma. Let’s show them what it means when we say: We love you too.

Denver, Detroit, Dallas, Philly, Nashville, New Orleans, Alabama and Mississippi folks showed up!

Our Behind the Scenes studio video for “Break (Cockroaches)” is officially OUT NOW 🖤

This song means so much to us, and getting to finally share both the music and the creative process behind it has been such an incredible feeling. We poured everything we had into this track, and seeing it fully come to life — from the studio sessions to the final release — has been surreal.

If you haven’t heard it yet, you can now stream “Break (Cockroaches)” on all platforms. Link in bio.

Thank you for all the love you’ve already shown this song. Seriously. We can’t wait to keep sharing more with you.

Here’s a teaser from our Behind the Scenes music video at Black Dog Recording — dropping as we count down to the release of our new single, “Break (Cockroaches)”, this Friday 5/15/26.

This song came from a really hard time and became an outlet for all the rage, pressure, grief, and chaos we were carrying. Sometimes you need music that lets you completely lose it for a second instead of keeping it all buried.

The full Behind the Scenes video drops the following week on 5/22/26 🖤

This song has a fire in it that burned through so much darkness. It got me through a really hard time (and still is). We hope it sets you on fire too.

We’ve been ITCHING to get this one out into the world… and the wait is almost over.

Our new single officially drops on 5/15/26 and you can pre-save it RIGHT NOW through the link in our bio.

This is the heaviest track we’ve released yet, and the band poured so much sweat into this one. We tracked this at a really vulnerable time and you can definitely here those raw feels in the track.

We pushed ourselves hard making it and it paid off. We LOVE this song and can’t wait for you to hear it.

Pre-save today and be ready for 5/15 🖤
