The calm before the storm... This is how you sneak into the enemy’s backyard 👀

The Terminal List is Prime Video’s action thriller built around James Reece, played by Chris Pratt, a former Navy SEAL turned one man army. The show is based on the bestselling novels by Jack Carr, and Season 1 became one of Prime Video’s biggest series when it dropped, which is saying something for a show that started as a book adaptation most people had never heard of. The franchise has only grown since, with the Dark Wolf prequel expanding the world around Reece’s old unit.

Season 2 premiered October 21, 2026 on Prime Video, and it picks up with Reece pulled back into the fray, this time working alongside the CIA on a mission that spans the globe. The new season leans hard into what made the first one work: tactical realism, tense standoffs, and Pratt playing Reece with the kind of quiet intensity that made the character stick. The show’s action sequences are staged with real military advisors in the mix, which is why the movement, the cover, and the patience in scenes like this one feel different from a standard action show.

This clip is a perfect example of that patience. Reece and a teammate move low along a stone wall on the edge of a town, rifles up, eyes scanning, no rush, no noise. It is the kind of scene that does not need an explosion to land, because the tension is already there in every step. The calm before the storm is not just a caption here, it is the whole language of the show.

In the Prime Video action thriller The Terminal List Season 2, the desert stretches out empty in every direction until the camera finds James Reece, flat on his stomach behind a sniper rifle, nothing moving except his eyes. Through the scope the world narrows to a single distant figure in the heat haze, and the tension does all the talking. His spotter lies beside him, locked in, the two of them a unit built on trust and silence.

Reece pulls back, breathes, and settles again, the way only a man who has done this a hundred times can. There is no hurry in his hands, no doubt in his face, just the discipline of the hardest job on the battlefield. This is the Reece everyone came back for.

In the Prime Video action thriller The Terminal List Season 2, the clip opens at a dim, crowded party bathed in red light, music thumping and people dancing close. A woman in a light dress moves through the crowd, laughing, completely in her element, while a mustached man in a red striped shirt watches her from across the room with a grin that says he already knows how this night is going to go.

The camera keeps cutting between them as the energy builds, her dancing, him smiling, the crowd pressing in around them. Nothing is said, and nothing needs to be. It is the kind of scene that lands because of pure vibe, two people in a room full of strangers, and the whole internet already has a joke for it.

In the Peacock series Twisted Metal, Sweet Tooth, the clown in the red haired mask and leather harness, corners a bald man in a tank top beside a car on a deserted country road. The man tries to talk his way out of trouble the only way he knows how, buttering up the clown by calling him the biggest killer this side of the Mississippi, and for a second it almost works. Sweet Tooth walks toward him slowly, mask grinning, listening.

Then it all goes wrong for the man, because he adds one more name to the conversation. Sweet Tooth stops dead. “Trash man?” he snaps, offended that anyone else would dare be known for killing. The clown’s whole identity is being the one killer everyone fears, and the idea of sharing that spotlight, even in a compliment, is the only thing that truly sets him off. The scene is peak Sweet Tooth: terrifying, unhinged, and somehow funny at the same time.

In the Up & Adams podcast episode with Davante Adams, the star wide receiver opens up about a detail of his home life that sounds made up until he says it twice. His house has its own Taco Bell inside it. He walks through how it happened with the ease of a man describing a kitchen renovation, while the hosts react the way anyone would, with total disbelief.

What sells it is that none of it feels like a bit. Davante carries the Taco Bell Purple Card, names his order without hesitation, and shrugs that if he can get away with it, he is doing it. It plays less like a promo and more like a fan finally getting asked about his favorite thing.

In DC Studios’ 2026 body horror film Clayface, the tighter cut opens on Matt Hagen with his face wrapped in bandages, a mesh pressed over raw, torn skin. A futuristic injection device presses against his flesh as the trailer flashes a clinical scan of veins crawling with something unnatural. A photograph shows what he used to look like, a scarred but human face, before the cut drops him into an airplane seat, calm for exactly one second too long.

Then it starts. He presses his hands to his face, and when he pulls them away his skin is splitting open, green fluid seeping from the cracks. The camera holds on the breakdown as his face comes apart in the blue cabin light, and the cut slams straight into the date card: only in theaters October 23.

An iconic scene from DreamWorks’ Shrek (2001). Donkey is grinning ear to ear like he just won the lottery, and Shrek is standing there processing it in real time. “And in the morning, I’m making waffles!” That single line turned Donkey into the patron saint of moving back in with your parents.

The meme hits because the math is not mathing anymore. Rent wants your whole paycheck, a mortgage wants a down payment the size of a luxury car, and somehow your childhood bedroom is looking better every single day. Donkey isn’t even joking, he already made himself at home.

This scene remains a fan favorite because the housing market said good luck and we said thanks mom and dad 😭🏠🧇

There’s a Futurama bit that hits different in 2026.

Fry, sitting in his car, doing the math out loud: “Dang. That $100 could’ve bought me... one. Gallon. Of. Gas.”

Back then it was a punchline. A throwaway gag about a future so absurd it could never happen. The writers were going for the biggest laugh they could get out of a gas station, and everyone watching laughed because $100 at the pump was pure science fiction.

Nobody’s laughing now. Someone just paid $104 for a fill-up. Not a gallon. A fill-up that used to cost half that not long ago. The joke didn’t just age, it moved in and started charging rent.

That’s the part that stings. Gas went from background noise to a number you actually feel. $50 barely gets you anywhere anymore. You check the pump before you check the mileage now, because the total decides what kind of week you’re having.

Fry’s face in that close-up says it all. That empty stare through the windshield is everyone watching the numbers climb past triple digits and doing math they didn’t want to do.

Futurama was supposed to be a cartoon about the year 3000. Turns out it was just early, and the pump is where it hurts.

🎬 Opus Red Carpet (2026)

POV: the cameras are rolling and you decide to give them a twirl instead of a pose. She understood the assignment and the black dress did the rest.

The Opus red carpet had everybody showing out. Dude Perfect, Michelle Khare, the Try Guys, Dhar Mann, Zach King, Jenny Hoyos, Jordan Matter, stacked lineup all night. @opusclip #Opus

🎬 Opus Red Carpet (2026)

The fork mic interview strikes again, and this time it’s her. She was chatting away on the red carpet like she’d done this a hundred times, and honestly she probably has.

You never know who’s showing up at the Opus red carpet. Dude Perfect, Michelle Khare, the Try Guys, Dhar Mann, Zach King, Jenny Hoyos, Jordan Matter, the lineup was unreal. @opusclip #Opus

🎬 Opus Red Carpet (2026)

The interviewer went in for the question and she went straight for the dodge — laughing, covering her face, waving him off like the mic was lava. The whole thing lasted about ten seconds before she gave up pretending and pulled him in for a hug instead.

That’s the energy at the Opus red carpet — unscripted, chaotic, and way too fun. With Dude Perfect, Michelle Khare, the Try Guys, Dhar Mann, Zach King, Jenny Hoyos, and Jordan Matter all in the building, this was one for the books. @opusclip #Opus

🎬 Dreamforce Robot Meetup (2026)

A woman walks up to a humanoid robot at Dreamforce, and the moment she gets close, it turns its head straight toward her. No hesitation, no lag — just a smooth, deliberate “I see you.”

The robot stands there in its Salesforce vest, calmly tracking her like this is the most normal interaction in the world. Meanwhile everyone watching is realizing the future doesn’t need a script anymore.
