🚨 Water Crisis at Lino Lakes Prison 🚨

Friends today we are sounding the alarm about the dangerous water conditions at the Minnesota Correctional Facility – Lino Lakes.

Two years ago, residents at Stillwater Prison raised similar concerns about their water, and now that facility is being shut down. We cannot wait until lives are further endangered at Lino Lakes.

We are demanding immediate action:
✅ Clean water delivered to residents now
✅ A full investigation by the Minnesota Department of Health
✅ No retaliation against residents who speak out

I will be speaking on KARE 11 tonight at 10PM to share more.

We are calling on Commissioner Paul Schnell of the Minnesota Department of Corrections to do the right thing and move swiftly to protect human lives.

Every person deserves clean, safe water—incarcerated or not.

THEY MURDERED MY BROTHER:
“Raging Over Marcellus Williams’ Execution”

One of the greatest tragedies of the US criminal justice system is the state-sanctioned execution of an innocent man, Marcellus Williams, in Missouri. Despite overwhelming evidence proving his innocence, the state chose to take not only Williams’ life but also extinguished the hope held by his family for justice.

Reflecting on this injustice fills me with a deep rage, and it should ignite a fire within you as well. What truly angers me is the realization that I could have been Marcellus Williams. I was fortunate enough to receive the assistance I needed and was exonerated. However, we must never forget the tragic stories of men and women who have been wrongfully executed for crimes they did not commit.

While this is Black August, we must honor the struggles and sacrifices of those whose lives have been stolen by a flawed system. Let this evoke a righteous anger that propels us toward change. Rage is not inherently bad when directed toward social justice.

Long live Marcellus Williams in the hearts of every freedom fighter around the world. Let this be a somber reminder of how profoundly wrong the system can go. 🙏🏾✊🏾

One of the best things you can do for long-term progress in the gym is implement multiple lifting styles. Don’t marry just one method. Rotate through different styles throughout the year and give your body a reason to grow.

Sometimes the move is to slow it down, lighten the weight, and focus hard on the contraction — really feel every inch of the rep. Other times, it’s time to load up the bar, let form get a little gritty, and plow through a plateau with brute force.

These are my two favorite training styles — one controlled and calculated, the other aggressive and primal. Think of them as your load and deload phases. Time them right throughout the year and match them to your calorie intake (surplus or deficit), and you’ll keep growing, avoid plateaus, and stay motivated.

Like I’ve been told and it’s totally true. High performers always move the finish line. My goal last week was to do 5 pull ups by the end of the year now that I know I can do 1 I want to push that to 10.
