Feeling so thankful for all the bday wishes yesterday. Can you believe the guy in the first slide is the same as the guy in the last slide, only a few years apart?

Could you also imagine the guy on the last slide telling you he was going to run a marathon to celebrate his bday because that’s what I did. Trained myself for 14 weeks with @runna to run yesterday. I had the idea on a whim and started training the next day.

Had to do it in San Francisco this city means so much to me. I never could’ve imagined in my life being able to accomplish that. I ended my last mile in the mission with @veedoingthings driving along down Valencia next to me. Took me back to when I first started running. I decided one night at midnight to try it. I had to stop so many times to even finish a mile then. What a full circle moment

People think I love running. Honestly running is lowkey miserable lol. I do it because I like to push myself and do things I never could’ve dreamed of my entire life. It’s a great way to honor how far I’ve come. There’s no one out there pushing me to keep going (usually). It hurts, it takes up a lot of time but it feels like a celebration every time I finish. Even this marathon my legs were fine but I was ended up having stomach issues the entire run couldn’t hold down gels or water. Was feeling ill after 7 miles which is warm up for me. Didnt know what to do but Something in me wouldn’t let me stop. I’d like to think those moments carry on to my everyday life.

Sometimes you just have to keep going

Little @mexicogp @f1 photo dump. Such an amazing experience and another goal achieved in my media career. Always feel blessed realizing the opportunities I have and projects I am able to complete along side such amazing & talented people. And I got to enjoy some fire food and see some amazing races. Big congrats to @carlossainz55 for taking home the MXGP trophy and sticking it to ole @scuderiaferrari. I hope they’re regretting dropping him from the team after this. Don’t get me wrong I love @lewishamilton but they didn’t have to do Carlitooooo like that. And big thanks to @marcvdaa for believing in my work and bringing me on the team! 🐻🤘🏽
