Purple film has rewriting the scene, turning light, gesture, and expression into something almost unreal.

Brooklyn Pride, Blue and Orange Skies, & as the children said , “Knicks in Five” 💙🧡

This weekend’s Brooklyn Pride parade set the tone for what we’re all thinking about this week: community, resilience, and love.

"Fear and Solarization in New York"
.
I have two favorite kinds of instant film projects: ones where I hand the photos out to folks, and ones where I get to assemble composite images like this. I was fortunate enough to do both at PolaCon NYC this year. This was very much a spur of the moment idea that I just ran with, and I'm so glad that I did. I smell the start of a series here....

Officially two years sober from alcohol! The best decision I’ve ever made for myself.

Feeling grateful for how far I’ve come and overwhelmed by how supported and loved I feel.

Reflecting on a beautiful year of laughter and triumph.

I made a hard pivot from stand-up to clown and was received with open arms. Clowns are some of the kindest and delusional folks you'll ever meet. They'll make you say, maybe the impossible is possible!

I also continued to indulge in my culture both in NYC and abroad, from attending Astrotropical in Central Park to a long overdue visit to Colombia.

I was so happy to have my clown world collide when Giulia from Celebration Barn visited Bogota!

I dealt with some homesickness upon returning to NYC from Colombia, but remembered I can lean on my community - Colombians or not ;)

I'm looking forward to continuing to expand my heart in 2026 ✨️❤️🫶
