Learning to find my balance—literally upside down! My coach always says to imagine myself as a tractor and trailer, with my legs flowing just behind me on the way down. Her patience and kindness make every attempt feel like progress. Grateful for her guidance in mastering that ‘flow of movement’! #HandstandJourney #UpsideDownAlignment #gratefulformycoach #theallywayft #yamikayoga #newyogaclass #lunchtimeyoga

Sharing some highlights from our headstand and handstand practice over the past few weeks. We’ve been missing our sessions with Peter and the unique energy he brings. While I dive deep into these poses personally, my classes focus on functional yoga, emphasizing proper alignment and recovery. They offer a bit of challenge but ultimately support your body, serving as my way to counterbalance intense training. Looking forward to training with Peter soon! #yamikayoga #theallyway #gymbuddies #friends #functionalstrength #functionalyoga

Peter McIntyre, our headstand hero this week! I’m sure you landed it on your first go, P. Since then we have been tidying her up, which means working on mobility to make it easier to transition. Peter is training headstand, forearm stand, handstand and bars as seen in second video. Everyday Peter can choose which one he wants to practice. He knows what he is doing in each trick. They all tie in together, all techniques are transferable. P, your strength is mind blowing 🤯. Your attitude is supreme. And your zest for life is contagious🙌🏻 On behalf of the morning crew, thanks for making the 6.30am starts so much fun! . #headstand #handstand #forearmstand #bars #core #mobility #strength #strenghttraining #fitness #workout #functionaltraining #gymclass #fitnesscoach #headstandchallenge #fitnessmotivation #happycoach #gym #fitnesscentre #naas
