Everything is connected, all life. One entity expressing itself through the various incarnations which outwardly, are seemingly seperate.

The understanding of oneness has been one of my greatest teachers + continues to guide how I engage + view the world. It has taught me to value everything expressing itself within our ecosystem.

It has made me realise that this interconnectivity means that everything is a part of me + me it. In this awareness I realise that any harm I do to any living thing, is actually an act of self harm. Anything that I do that is respectful is actually an act of self respect + self love. When I am curious about the world around me , I am actually exploring myself + when I choose to sit + listen to nature , I am in fact actually choosing to listen to myself.

2022 is about to get the hardest kick up the ass into the past. There was some good points but unfortunately this year the negatives weigh down on the positives, it’s been a very tough one on many levels. I wanna say a massive thank you to my true friends and family who showed me real love and support through one of the toughest challenges of my life, you know who you are.
2023 for better change, let’s live it xx
