She’s off the market! 💍 (And getting married very soon, hehe.)

We embraced the vibrant colours of a summer market and brought them to life against a complimentary green linen and napkin, thoughtfully chosen to let the florals take centre stage. A colourful, joyful palette full of seasonal blooms, designed to feel effortless and fresh.

No chargers for this one. We wanted the flowers to SHINE.

Let’s talk yoga & neuroscience🧘🏻‍♀️🧠

Understanding the brain is very complex and there is still lots of research to be done. But somethings we do know there is a direct correlation between yoga and sustainable increase of dopamine in the brain. Which assists in improved mood, emotional satisfaction, attention, concentration, and memory.

But in saying that we don’t want too much dopamine in the brain because that could lead to increased stress and anxiety. So for balancing our body and mind it’s essential we turn to meditation and breath work to down regulate the nervous system and bring the body and mind back down to a place of homeostasis (balance).

Dopamine is only one of the neurotransmitters there are several more and I’ll talk about those at a later time 😌
