Manifesting more applications for our next International visit with a little bit of nostalgia.

Some snippets from our visit in May. Thank you to all wonderful people who agreed to come and discover Ukrainian cultural scenes. @meltedtape @heartefact_ @alexanderschreuder @thomasseifert @peterzky @madhumitanandi

If you want to be one of the wonderful people next time, apply for our visit in August via link in bio. This will be our 13th visit since 2022 - Insha Osvita organizes such visits since early 2023, navigating through different (un)safety contexts.

Songs of winter war.

Sometimes the stars align in such a way that we manage to bring international cultural figures just in time for the @ki.platforma international theatre festival and, unfortunately, just in time to catch the art workshops at @nahirna22. Sometimes we even manage to show a rehearsal of @opera_aperta_ukraine the day before the premiere of Mōdraniht. Songs of winter war. Sometimes someone comes to visit for a second time; sometimes not everyone stays until the end of the visit due to the security situation, but these are always professional connections and friendships that endure.

This time, we were visited by two playwrights, a journalist, a filmmaker, a professor, and two curators and cultural managers. Incidentally, this was our twelfth visit since 2022, and the lucky thirteenth is already coming up in August.

🎨TBT I wanted to share a few pictures from the time in my life when I was truly able to be myself and develop my skills as a young artist, thanks to some important people, Tom, Dick and Harry, and Peter.

Yes, you read correctly! 🤣 Can you believe I had Tom, Dick, and Harry as my professors during the course of my Masters degree? They always joked about it, which is how I learned the phrase ‘every Tom, Dick and Harry.’
🇮🇹Fast-forward to my trip to Italy, where I found myself, weeping in front of masterpieces I had once studied in textbooks -shout out to Professor Chametzky and McAnulty for that! Tom, can you hear me from heaven?
🥹Who knew all that art history would lead me to tear up in front of the masters?

🙏I am so grateful for all the unforgettable memories and lessons from my amazing professors!
