Pete’s angry, raw and unfiltered right now, so please don’t make him lose faith in humanity 😅❤️

We truly are so grateful for every single one of our customers, and we will always do our best to provide the best possible customer service. We genuinely care about the people we serve and will often put our customers before the business itself.

All we ask is that you please remember there are real people behind the business, doing their best to look after you. When we go above and beyond and put you first, please don’t let us down in return. A little understanding, honesty and respect go a long way.

We’ll always do right by our customers, and we hope that kindness works both ways. ❤️

✂️ 5 things that would make our bladesmiths LOSE THEIR MINDS. 💀

Your hairdressing scissors are precision tools, not box cutters, kitchen utensils or something to throw in the bottom of your bag. 👀

Treat them with a little love and they’ll love you back.
🚫 Cutting open boxes
🚫 Washing with dishwashing liquid
🚫 Leaving them loose
🚫 Cutting tape
🚫 Dropping them (everyone’s worst nightmare 🫠)
Send this to a colleague, client or partner who just needs a little reminder. 😂✂️ You know who they are.

Already guilty of one (or five)? Don’t panic we’ve got you!
Our professional sharpening service is here to help get your scissors back in shape.

📩 DM us to enquire about sharpening with Excellent Edges.
