I'M BACK!!! After 2 surgeries, 9 total days in the hospital and 4 weeks of IV antibiotics, I'm feeling great!💪 PICC line came out today.

I'm so eager to get back to a normal schedule. I missed my clients and patients. I'm also so thankful to my doctors and team for crushing our June goals without me! (I worked a grand total of 2 days in June😫).

Also super thankful for @lesbest502 who helped nurse me back to health, brought me yummy food in the hospital and kept my spirits up. 🥰❤️ And @mtmerle_acd for helping me heal and making me laugh! 😍🤠 Also all the people who checked in, visited, sent cards, gifts and well wishes.

My schedule is open! Please come see me! 🗓

⚠️ RATTLESNAKES ARE OUT! ⚠️

We’ve treated 3 rattlesnake bites in less than a week, and this season is shaping up to be one of the worst we’ve seen.

If your pet is bitten:
🐍 Don’t wait. Get to your veterinarian IMMEDIATELY.
💉 Treatment may include antivenom, pain management, and supportive care—and every minute matters.

It’s also a good idea to call your veterinarian ahead of time and ask if they stock antivenom, so you know where to go in an emergency.

Please keep your pets leashed on hikes, stay on trails, and be extra cautious in tall grass, rocks, and brush.

Another day in tech life 🩺✨
They’re never too old for anesthesia when it means comfort, healing, and a little more time with the people who love them most. My 13-year-old patient came in after being attacked by her sibling, with some pretty extensive wounds. Her parents looked at us and said, “We just want to give her the best last years of her life.” Knowing time is limited makes moments like this hit even harder. It reminds me why I do what I do—to help put them back together, ease their pain, and give families more precious days, cuddles, and memories with the pets they call family. ❤️🐾 #VetTechLife #dogsoftiktok #seniorpets #veterinarian #family

You step out of the office “for a minute”… and somehow find yourself back in surgery—right where your heart belongs 🐾💙

Next thing you know, your “desk” for the day is recovery. Ended on the sweetest note—Jorge’s mom came and sat with him until he woke up 🐶✨ #pov #vettech #surgery #fullcirclemoment #operationsmanager
