Swapping ultra processed foods for ones with less ingredients, no artificial anything including dyes and sweeteners, and choosing organic when possible… will make difference!!! Not to mention choosing natural fibers over plastic is a super easy low tox swap! We have 4 kids and a busy life but choosing foods like these is a simple way to reduce the junk in our life. Of course eating real Whole Foods, meats, veggies, dairy is always the best!

Remember our yellow mini rose that had one flower? Now it has so many blooms! It has also grown much taller than our other mini roses! Soon it will be time to bring all of our mini roses indoors and try to keep them over the winter. First, we wanted to share it with you for #bobaflowerfriday with our friend @utka_boba_travel ! Have a very Happy Friday!

Finding the 12-pack of @petit_pot at Costco makes stocking the fridge so easy 🍫

Having a dessert made with real chocolate and 10g of protein ready to go is the best sweet reset after a long day. The texture is so rich and smooth that it genuinely feels like a treat from a French bakery, all in convenient little glass jars.

Have you spotted this 12-pack at your local Costco yet? 👇🏼

We wanted to share two sunset photos today! We took them on recent adventures, but they didn't fit into the reels. The first one is from our moon watching night, as we were walking to the field. The second one was from yesterday's beaver search. Julie says the sunsets are to pretty and we look too cute in our special backpack to just delete the photos! We wish you a very Happy Thursday!

We went closer to the beaver lodge! We saw it on a hike a while ago, and Julie took us back to get a closer look. We went at sundown hoping to see the beavers leave their lodge, but they did not. We still had a great time! This taught us that it is possible to be happy even when we do not get everything we want, so we are sharing it for #petulashappywhateverwednesday with our friend @following.petula.joy . Have a very Happy Wednesday!

One of those Costco finds that disappeared way too fast in our house 😂🤎 Safe to say I’ll be grabbing another box on my next Costco run!

"Enjoy small moments as they come. They are what make life worthwhile." -Nadun Lokuliyanage We chose this quote for our Monday Message because of all the small moments we have enjoyed together lately, and because sometimes, when things get busy, it can be too easy to miss them. Also, big moments (like vacations or special occasions) are wonderful, but they do not happen as often as the little things that bring us joy. It took 3 Petit Pot tapioca lids and 6 regular colors to make our representation. We hope you have a very Happy Monday!

We went moon watching! Our friend texted us a photo she took to show us the beautiful full moon. Julie put us in our special backpack right away so we could walk to a field near our house and see it for ourselves! We sat in the dark field for a long time just watching the night sky. Then we walked back home. We hope you have a very Happy Sunday!

We had a big sleepover in a big bed! Julie went to a crosstown high school football game with work friends last night, so she let us gather a big group of friends and sleep in one of the big beds! It was so much fun. We labeled the slides with everyone's names, including Sandy, the sandhill crane we adopted in our Alaska trip! Have a very Happy Saturday!
