MOLLIE Aspen

Last month I spent a few days at MOLLIE Aspen and really loved the design. A mix of mid-century and Japandi with warm woods, natural materials and a really simple palette.

Everything feels thoughtful and understated. Petit Trois downstairs carries that same attention to detail into the food, classic French, simple and really well done. Such a great take on modern mountain design and hospitality.

Who needs Paris when you have THIS little French gem in LA?! 🇫🇷🥂✨

A little taste of Paris right in the heart of Sherman Oaks! 😍

We visited @petittroisla , the beautiful French bistro by celebrity chef Ludo Lefebvre, and from the charming Parisian atmosphere to the incredible food, this place is such a vibe! 🤌🏼

Here’s what we ordered! 👇🏼

🥂 Crispy Rice Tapioca
🐟 Tuna Tartare
🧅 French Onion Soup
🦀 Crab Bite
🍔 The famous Big Mec Burger
🥩 Filet Mignon with creamy peppercorn sauce
🥗 Fresh Green Salad
🍮 And of course, dessert!

The Big Mec Burger was an absolute SHOWSTOPPER! 🤤🍔 And that rich, creamy peppercorn sauce with the filet? SO good!

Whether you’re planning a date night, celebrating something special, or just craving some incredible French food, Petit Trois Le Valley is definitely one to add to your list! ❤️

Happy Friday, friends!

It’s the weekend, which hopefully means you’ll be enjoying some delicious bites at your favorite places or adventuring out to try somewhere new.

This week’s lineup is all about one of life’s most perfect foods - THE MIGHTY BURGER! These are some of my favorite spots and I still have so many left to try.

As always, I’m taking your suggestions for restaurants to draw and burgers to eat! Send ‘em my way, along with a stack of extra napkins please! 😉

Swipe through for all the burger-y goodness and bookmark this post for the next time you’re craving one yourself! 👩🏽‍🎨❤️🍔

Petit Trois (@petittroisla) marries its Hollywood roots with Aspen’s slope-side charm, recipe included. A little gin, a little pear, and a fresh take on a classic await at the link in bio.

Butter, burgundy, and a table you don’t want to give up. These are the French rooms we keep going back to, rooftop to The Valley. Save this for the next night that calls for steak frites. 🇫🇷
