And now what it’s really about: the people 💛

The ones who cheer, scream, and make you feel like a rockstar.

They were the highlight of it all. It just hits differently when there’s someone waiting for you at the finish line. Thank you! 🫶

No service, no problems 🌲

It’s so easy to get stuck in that cycle of work, training, stress, repeat… like you don’t even notice how tense you are all the time.

But one night out in nature, no city noise, no phone buzzing, just fresh air and quiet and suddenly my body and mind feel way lighter. Crazy how even a short break can make you feel like yourself again. ☺️

Mt Baker never disappoints 🔥

1400m of climbing, but the views at the top… absolutely worth it. This ride is a must-do every year 🚴‍♀️⛰️

Vancouver T100 💥 Race Day Dump

First time this race was in Vancouver and honestly, it was so cool to race on a course I know by heart.

Swim is still my weak spot (lost a lot of time there 😅), but the bike went so well, I was actually the 2nd fastest in my age group! 🚴‍♀️ And the run… well, that’s all mental. At that point everything hurts and you just have to keep going.

BUT, I always seem to have way too much energy at the finish line… 😂

Super proud to finish 6th in my age group and qualify for the T100 World Champs in Qatar! 🌍

Also, can we talk about meeting Lucy Charles-Barclay @lucycharles93 ?! 🤯 I’ve been watching her videos since I started triathlon, she’s been such a huge inspiration for me! 💪❤️ I think my face says it all, star-struck 🤩

What. A. Weekend.
