After surfing at Ulus from sunrise to sunset as part of OneWave’s 24 Hour Surf on World Mental Health Day, I can confirm that surfing is still the funnest thing ever and the best escape!! I can also confirm my body and eyes were absolutely cooked (see last photo) but I was still frothing!!

Massive shout out to @petrabrouckova and all the Bali fam for all the epicc support, fun surf sessions and yum food and coffee deliveries. Honestly couldn’t have done it without you legends 🫶

So stoked I got to surf for 12 hours alongside OneWave frothers at 12 different beaches around the world! Massive thanks to everyone who got salty for mental health for the 24 hour surf and all you kind humans who donated and helped us provide free mental health programs for 600 kids 🩵🌊

24 beaches. 24 hours. Across oceans, countries and time zones. One global wave for mental health. 🌍🌊

On World Mental Health Day, communities around the world showed up. Some with big crews, some with a handful of mates. Different beaches, different languages, different stories, all connected by the same belief that nobody should have to face their struggles alone and that one wave is all it takes to help lift the stoke factor! These are just some of our fave pics from the day!!

To every single person who paddled out, organised a crew, shared their story, donated, cheered from the shore or helped spread the word… THANK YOU. 💙🩷

You’ve helped us raise funds to keep delivering free mental health programs to young people in schools across Australia and New Zealand.

This is what happens when we come together!

July was all kinds of sweet 🫶🏼

Went sailing and there was nothing but good times aboard…

Rocking up to empty waves, surfing with mates, enjoying a few bintangs and a beautiful sunset at the end of the day as we returned to harbour.

This is one of my fav island life activities and it’s even sweeter now we get to do it with our lil fam and friends 🌞🤎

We’re heading home and it’s a bit surreal after four months travelling and two months spent on this little island. We are sure going to miss it. Highlights from this final week, lots of see you soon hugs, surfs and coffees 💛💛💛💛 big love to this beautiful community
