WHAT A NIGHT!!! Was so well worth to make the jump over the Atlantic to be there for the Première of Cascadeuses in my hometown Basel! Thank you for everyone (My nearly 120 friends & fam 😜 and then some) who attended! Thx to my parents @priskasprecher und @franz_sprecher for sponsoring the wine 🍷 and cheese 🧀 after-party!!!!!

Repost • @stadtkinobasel

Thank you for the amazing evening with CASCADEUSES (2022) and the inspiring stuntwomen Virginie Arnaud, Estelle Piget and Petra Sprecher! 💪
Directed by Elena Avdija
Music: @marzellamusic

They get hit by cars or struck by violent husbands and gangsters, often repeatedly. And every time, they get back up on their feet, ready to shoot the scene as many times as necessary. 💥

But how much violence are their bodies and minds able to take on?

The film questions how cinema distributes roles and violence on the screen.

Out with the girl gang at Screamfest! Proud of Switzerland! #HEIDI is our National treasure! “Mad Heidi” is an amazing Action Comedy Thriller (put all the words in there!!!)!!!
They raised like nearly $4 Million via crowd funding and fan investors and made a super entertaining Movie, also showcasing the beautiful alps scenery of Switzerland!
Truly - I generally don’t like the Horror genre at all but with this one, I do love it! Funny as heck!!!!

Throwback to the recent “LeadingFeMales” event hosted by the @zurichfilmfestival (was part of my duties to attend and most gladly did!!!)

Stellar panel consisting of HFPA @goldenglobes president @helen.hoehne and filmmakers @elena.avdija and @laura_kaehr

Not to mention that the super fab
@moviemarlene (also via @goldenglobes) was in the house! Will main post her article on me and my involvement in the winning film “Cascadeuses” shortly.)

⚡️⚡️⚡️ The energy in the room was electric! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

It has deeply inspired me!

⏱️ I also wish total freedom for all the women in the World! Iran and other countries!

It was Live Fire move & shoot tactical training Day at Rattlesnake Public Range!
Our coach, retired Marine Sargent Tien Nguyen "Gunny" put a super safe and amazing class together for a small group of us. We had a heck of a day in the desert! 🏜🌵🦂

We are all in the entertainment industry and work on Action Movies! ...we have to keep training!

P.S. Let's not forget to mention Stefanie @empress7.2 who is a competitive shooter and gave us some nice tricks of the trade as well!!! 🫶
