Day 1 of my Tixel journey and honestly I feel absolutely fine. Slept really well and heading out for a walk this morning.

So far the biggest difference compared to my CO₂ treatment is the downtime… it’s minimal.

Very early days of course, but so far so good and I’m really happy with how the journey is going 🤍

Our founder @petyask on @gbnews Live talking about the rise of a novel phenomenon “Longevity Fixation Syndrome”. It is indeed important to take a proactive stance on preventative healthcare, but worrying ourselves to death in the pursuit of living forever is not the answer. The change begins at home, first with our daily diet, fitness, and sleep habits. However, when the pursuit of longevity morphs into anxiety or fixation, it becomes counterproductive. Ironically, besides quitting smoking, science points out that robust mental health and strong social connections are the most potent drivers of longevity. These are also connected to skin health. If one’s health routine isolates them or causes stress, they’re likely shortening their health span, not extending it.

If I’m not running an event, I’m usually wrapped up in bed with Netflix as my co-host. But last Tuesday I stepped out to join @zaravickersoriginal at a stunning venue for a beautiful charity evening in support of @themayhew 🐶🐈
It always breaks me to think anyone could ever mistreat these animals… they deserve nothing but love. ❤️‍🩹

✨ Moments like this make a year of hard work worth it.

Finally met Dr. Oliver Zolman (@oliver.zolman ) leading voice in the field of longevity medicine, and Petya Kamburova (@petyask )- biotech visionary, in person at the Forever Young: Longevity Fest — after months of calls, ideas, and shared vision.

Organising the Longevity Fest with @don_delyando and our great team has been a year-long journey of science, hard work and creativity. Seeing people like Oliver and Petya on our stage fills me with gratitude and excitement for what’s to come. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism🙌

We’ll continue this collaboration in London at Collagen Clinic London @collagenclinic.london , where science meets rejuvenation🔬

💫 Here’s to science, connection, and the beauty of shared purpose.

It happened. Again. Forever Young: Longevity Fest Vol 2. 🚀 🧬

One thing became clear all over again — longevity is not just about adding years to life, but adding life to years.

This year’s edition was not born overnight. It was the result of a full year of planning, countless sleepless nights, endless calls, creative sparks, and belief that Bulgaria can host a world-class forum on the science of longevity.

What started as an idea 2 years ago grew into a movement — uniting science, innovation, and humanity under one roof.

Over these unforgettable days, we brought together scientists, doctors, researchers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to explore what it truly means to live better, not just longer. From mitochondria to mindset, microbiome to meaning — every session, every conversation carried one shared message: healthspan is the new wealth.

Kudos to the cofounder- @don_delyando . Kudos to the whole team of volunteers and event organisers. Thank you for your creativity, resilience, and the invisible work behind every detail. For transforming a vision into an experience that will be remembered.

To every speaker, partner, and guest — thank you for believing, showing up, and making this dream real.

Huge thank you to our platinum sponsors as well without whom this event would not have been a reality: @lidlbulgaria @glycanage @blue_longevity @nmgenomix @dupissima

Onto the next challenge 👉
