dear diary,

quote of the day: aves: “you know, i think im really funny and thats just the truth.”

sooooo…i made it to London!!! 🎶 alexa, cue “London Boy” by Taylor Swift 🎶 it’s been a crazy 48 hours. i got my nails done SUPER CUTE by my FAV @nailsbyyaud monday morning. it’s giving european chic amiright?? then i got a last supper experience with my 3 queens before i left the land of good Mexican food for the rest of the year. they then escorted me to the airport, we all shed some tears thanks to peyton’s killer farewell playlist 😭😭

boarded my 9 hour flight at 5pm MST, slept some (but not enough) of it, and landed 10am UK time whaaa??!! then there was the whole fiasco of getting from the airport to the london centre via the Tube but never fear. there’s nothing ya girl loves more than the challenge of figuring out the public transport system in a new city. and whatdoyaknow?? i FLAWLESSLY navigated a group of 13 girls, each with enough luggage for 4 months, across the city via the underground. already being lauded for my phenomenal directional navigation abilities haha #backtomymaincharacterera

we showed up, got moved in, walked Hyde park (5mins away from our flat!!) and just tried to keep ourselves awake. it’s now 7:15pm and i’m almost at sleep’s door but i promised myself i’d post every day and here we are.

i LOVE it here. i love that our street name is “Palace Court” its so cute and quaint!! I love the buildings and all the cute outdoor cafes and restaurants. i love how multicultural it is. i love that everyone looks so chic. im utterly exhausted but im also absolutely ecstatic at the opportunity to be here for the rest of the semester!! im the luckiest girl in the world!!

love aways from the +44,

feeling so incredibly grateful for our bridal party and the amazing friends we are so lucky to have!

kaitlyn🤍
so grateful for a sister who doubles as a best friend. kaitlyn is someone who you can turn to no matter what and she’ll always be there for you. she’s so incredibly loyal, loving and funny!

alyssa🤍
the best younger sister I could ask for! even though we are far apart in age, alyssa is so fun to be around and she always knows how to make everyone around her feel so loved.

lily🤍
my thing 2. genuinely no clue what I would do without lily! we’re basically inseparable. anyone is lucky to have a best friend like lily, someone who makes you feel so seen and loved.

kelcee🤍
a real day 1. kelcee has always been by my side for everything. she’s such a loyal friend, so kind and loving, it’s unreal. kelcee is the best listener and so so supportive!

shelby🤍
the older sister I never got. who knows where I would be without shelby! she’s so good at listening and giving advice. I know I can go to her for everything and she always makes me feel loved!

sadie🤍
sadie is the most honest person ever and I love her for it! she’s so motivational and I feel like I can do absolutely anything with her!

molly🤍
it feels like I’ve know molls for my whole entire life. she’s the type of person who makes everyone feel like her best friend, even though I know I actually am her best friend. she never fails to make me laugh!

annie🤍
she’s THE most thoughtful person I have ever met. she is always thinking of others! she’s also so funny and witty. no one else I’d rather be with 24/7 for 5 months!

peyton🤍
she is so incredible. she loves so so deeply and is my favorite person to have conversations with. peyton has such a strong testimony and I love learning from her!

janika🤍
she’s always down for everything and for sure the person I want with me when doing something crazy. no matter what I know jan has my back!
