Happy Labor Day weekend! Missing my time spent with my ambassador family at @ally_day_photography ‘s ambassador weekend! As the new week begins I have been reflecting on last weeks time spent at @starpowertalent . I would like to start off by saying I am overly proud of my amazing team, and I was so grateful to see that all of our hard work payed off. 💚

Although, we need to thank our very talented coaches for bringing all of this choreography to life. @mtatiya , @tiffanirussell , @eli.snyds , @sttephlove , @briannaafree , thank you guys for pushing us to be our best. We would not be where we are today without you guys. Thank you guys for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Thank you all for not only teaching me how to be a better dancer, but for also teaching me how to be a better person. I look up to each and every one of you, and I hope to be as strong as you guys when I grow up. I would like to give an extra special thank you to Ms. Michelle for choreographing my two solos and my duet “Locomotion”, “ On this hill” and “Stay”. These routines really pushed me to become a better dancer and I am going miss performing them so much. Thank you for always believing in me, I love you endlessly. Another extra special thank you to @raynareid25 and @soleilkirkland for working with me on these routines. Thank you girls for your support, you two are such amazing young ladies and great role models. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you both. 🤍

Finally I would like to thank the seniors, student assistants, and all my friends. I love you guys so much. Seniors, I am going to miss you all, but I know that all of your futures are bright. Student assistants, thank you for volunteering to help the team, and for spending countless hours in the studio when you didn’t have to. Finally, a HUGE thank you to my friends for always being there to support me and for reminding me of my worth. I will forever hold you all in a very special place in my heart.💝

Season 8 🖤

Nationals marks the end of another unforgettable season, and I can’t believe it’s already over. This team has been built on countless hours of blood, sweat, tears, early mornings, late nights, and so much love. Every practice, every performance, every challenge brought us closer together, and I couldn’t be more grateful for every single moment.

To our seniors—thank you for leading, inspiring, and loving this team the way you did. You leave behind a legacy that will never be forgotten, and the studio won’t be the same without you. I will miss every one of you more than words can say.

And to my best friend —my sister. I honestly don’t know how to imagine dance without you by my side. For the past 12 years, we’ve shared the same stage, the same hotel rooms, the same tears, and memories I’ll treasure forever. While my heart hurts knowing this chapter is ending, I know you’re going to go do incredible things. I’ll miss dancing beside you more than you’ll ever know. I love you endlessly, and I’ll carry a piece of you onto every stage I step on from here.

Thank you to all the teachers, students, and parents who go above and beyond to make this team as special as it is!

Nationals 2026 part 1 ✨pinch me ✨ I am honored to have been awarded Petite Miss Starpower 2026 and Elite Petite National Champion with the 1st overall high score for my solo, “Impossible Dream”, choreographed by none other than the best of the best, genius, phenomenal, @mtatiya !

Ms. Michelle: thank you for never settling for less of me and instilling that in me! I am incredibly blessed that you continue to push me to do more than I think I am capable of! Thank you for always challenging me and making sure I put my best foot forward! I love learning from you in all things dance and life!! I love you forever!!

To all my teachers: thank you for always building me up, inspiring and guiding me! You truly are a dream come true team for all of us!! You make an impact daily on us by leading by example! We are so fortunate to have you as our role models! I love you all!

Special shout out to my cousin/teacher/dance mentor @soleilkirkland . I was a baby watching you on the reveal stage and said I told my mom that I wanted to be like you! Thank you for giving me the green light to audition for the team and sharing your dance world with me! Thank you for always looking out for me ever since and making sure I’m ready for anything that comes my way! You always show up for me and I cannot thank you enough! You’re the goal & I love you ♾️!

Congrats to my dance sisters for being selected to the battle and another congrats to Junior, Teen, and Senior Miss Starpowers!! Humbled that I got to play a role in that together we made IDP History🥹!! (Where is our pic Xyla?- who took it 😭)
To my @impactdanceproject family, thank you all for the love, laughter, friendships, memories and support. We definitely have an extraordinary culture and team! I’m so blessed to be a part of it! You all are my 2nd family!! We totally slayed SZNATE! (Will post more in part 2)

Last but never least to my family: thank you for your love, support, and sacrifice for my dance! I know it’s a lot but I hope I made you proud! Thank you for doing my make up, nails, helping me with homework, keeping me grounded in life and showing up even when it’s hard! You are my rocks and foundation! I love you!

its so crazy to think that szn ate is officially over, it was such a good run. i’ve learned so much, made so many memories, and met so many amazing people. it pushed me to become a better version of myself in more ways than one and ill be forever grateful for that.

im incredibly honored to end the season off by receiving teen miss starpower and first place overall with my lyrical solo “this womans work” choreographed by @mtatiya . thank you for pushing me with this solo and believing in me. a huge congrats to all my girls that made impact history by also receiving mini, junior, and senior ms starpower!!! to @tommytibbs thank for choreographing such a beautiful contemporary piece that challenged me in its own ways, i’ll miss competing “the hours” so so so much.

this @starpowertalent nationals was my first time doing dance force and it was the best! thank you @lexleahy_ for choreographing such an amazing opening number!

to all my friends, thank you for believing in me even when i didn’t believe in my self. special thanks to @soleilkirkland for putting up with me and pushing me beyond my limits i love you more than words can describe 💝 to all the faculty @impactdanceproject thank you for guiding each and every one of us to become our best selves.
