Somewhere along the line I blinked!🥹

I remember how excited you were when we signed you up for your first dance class! That excitement quickly faded as you broke down in tears and refused to dance when I tried to leave the room. Thankfully you settled for sitting on my lap to watch class and eventually decided to join the rest of the girls. We weren’t sure how well that first recital would go, but a completely different girl came out when those lights came on! You knew you belonged on that stage!!!

You grew from that tiny dancer into a little girl who couldn’t get enough. You spent countless hours perfecting your passion and then decided to help in classes so you could share the love of dance with new tiny dancers. That little girl would be so proud of the young woman you are now!

Peyton, I cannot put into words how truly amazing you are when you are on that stage. You perform with so much emotion that the audience is captivated by you! Thank you for letting me tag along for the ride… I just wish we could do it all again! Never doubt yourself as a dancer, and remember, my favorite spot to watch you shine is from behind!
