Let’s get after it! September is here and although it still feels like summer, Fall is here!

Run fast, jump high, and stay strong! It’s never too early or too late to get fast!

Are you training?

And just like that!! It’s a wrap!

Second half of summer was great and I’m grateful to have worked with a bunch of consistent and focused athletes.

First way to improve is to show up! Looking to improve your speed, jump higher, and be more technically sound, shoot me a message and let’s get you closer to your goals!

I love the power output of bounds and jumps. Efficient sprinters can apply 3 - 5x their body weight during sprint.

Is your body ready and able to sustain that amount of force?

Bounds (and lifting) are a great way to adapt the body to high amounts of force.

So let’s bound ourselves into newer heights and faster runs!

Simply put…track is a measure of how fast you can get from point A to point B in a given distance.

Speed development is crucial for your capacity to get to point B regardless of your sprinting/running event.

Doesn’t matter how old you are, how short or long you run, we can always learn to develop more force to enable us to sprint more efficiently.

Happy Fourth of July, don’t stop training and keep the consistency.

Run fast!
