What a ripper of a year! So many epic projects, cool moments, and unforgettable sessions. I’ve made some great gear acquisitions to improve the records I’m capturing, especially for drum production this year. Massive thanks to everyone who’s been part of the ride, artists, bands, studios, and mates who’ve made it all happen.

🎶 Shoutouts to these legends:
EarthBound: My opus and lovechild.
MONARCHS by Andy Holt: Next level stuff, mate!
Olympic White: Recorded live at Pony Music, what a session!
Bushido: Drum recording at Pony, so much fun.
Earth Caller: Big drum sessions with Josh Clinch.
Jason Rowe: Legend producer from Germany.
Thin Ice: Deutsche hardcore. Mastering was a treat.
Callan Orr: Cooking magic and teaming up for insane records like ALT and Banks Arcade.
Ayden Perry at Q4 Mastering: For all his wizardry.
Das Von Gelb: Political German punk rock.
Robert MacFarlane: Operatic meets folk-pop. Can’t wait to bring it home!
Rory Bond: From Alkamain and Dweller, now working on Mothers Ruin.
Blame It On Bad Luck: Punk energy done right.
This Space Is Ours: New record incoming!
This Point Forward: Astina has great songs and I’m keen to see what’s next.
Man V Synth: Mastering with the Moog lord.
Kings Vengeance: Killer ’70s prog rock vibes.
Counting Silence: Prog madness with epic guitar rigs.
BARNARD: Mastering for one of my fave synth artists.

This year also saw the build of my 16-channel Neve OPX portable console rig for drum production. It’s a game changer.

Shoutout to Pony Studios for being the home of so much growth and music this year.

I may have missed a project or two, but just know how much I’ve appreciated working with every single one of you.

Thank you for trusting me with your sound. Let’s make 2025 even bigger!

It all started in a small apartment in Hollywood CA. After leaving Devolved and moving to LA, we spent months writing and demoing a huge amount of tracks for The Killing Secret. On a strict diet of dollar burgers, ramen and 40s, sleeping on the floor in the hallway when the sun started to rise, and focussing on nothing but being in the moment and the music, it was a time! This Thursday our 3rd single and debut EP is out. Enjoy! Thank you all 🙌
