WIN IT. TURN. ATTACK. 🔄💨

The final session of our Turning Mesocycle is all about TRANSITION. It’s one thing to turn in a drill; it’s another to do it the second you win the ball back while the opponent is disorganized.

The Drill Breakdown:
📍 5v5 / 6v6 Small Sided Game
📍 Scoring through the central gates
📍 The Twist: Bonus points for a "Turn + Immediate Penetration"

Coaching Tip: Watch for the players who "freeze" after winning the ball. We want them to Check Shoulders during the defensive phase so they already know where to turn once they win it.

Finish the week strong! 💪
