When the homeowner says, “My husband said it was just a shower cartridge and he could fix it himself.” 😂

$300 later… 💀🤣

Small space, big personality. 🖤✨

The powder bath at our Happy Cove project just might be one of our favorite little spaces we designed in this home!

From the bold, whimsical wallpaper to the sculptural gold mirror, statement sconces, and delicate reeded cabinetry, every detail was thoughtfully selected to make this small space feel anything but ordinary.

Proof that some of the smallest rooms can make the BIGGEST statements. 🤎

You notice the room. We want you to notice this detail.

That’s me, Carson, walking through a Legrand product inside The Overlook—our Utah Valley Parade of Homes build.

A custom home comes together through decisions at every scale, from the mountain-facing windows to the details you interact with every day.

Here’s a closer look at one of them.

Send this to the person planning your next home with you—so the details you both care about make it into the conversation.

Smarter DZYN. Better Builds.

Season 6 begins in Mexico Beach, Florida, a community devastated by Hurricane Michael and rebuilt by the people who refused to let it disappear.

This episode is about what happened after the storm.

After the cameras left, the work continued.

Homes had to be rebuilt.
Businesses had to reopen.
Pipes had to be run.
And the trades had to show up.

We meet Josh McKoy of McKoy Plumbing and Devin Sisson of Southern Pipe & Supply, along with the residents, builders, suppliers, and tradespeople who helped bring Mexico Beach back.

Their stories are a reminder that rebuilding a community takes more than materials. It takes people willing to show up, do the work, and keep moving forward.

It’s a story about resilience, community, and the people behind the infrastructure we all depend on.

And after a long break between seasons, it feels pretty good to say this:

American Plumber Stories is back.

Season 6 starts today.

A little magic, a lot of wellness, and an unforgettable first at Stardust Ranch.

We are so proud to have hosted Round Top’s first wellness retreat at Stardust Ranch — a beautiful experience centered around relaxation, rejuvenation, connection, and the art of slowing down.

From restorative moments to meaningful connections, this retreat was everything we envisioned and more. We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped bring this special experience to life.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible sponsors, @thermasol, @ahsaunas, @fergusonhomeofficial, and @pfisterfaucets, for helping us create an elevated wellness experience.

Here’s to wellness, community, and many more magical moments at Stardust Ranch.

A town nearly wiped off the map.

A community that refused to stay down.

Season 6 of American Plumber Stories starts Monday in Mexico Beach, Florida, where Hurricane Michael changed everything and the skilled trades helped put it back together.

This episode is about the people who showed up after the storm. The plumbers, builders, suppliers, contractors, and neighbors who helped rebuild homes, businesses, and a community.

This is why we tell these stories.

Season 6 premieres Monday, October 19.

A hug is always nice, but a bathroom that feels like your own personal retreat? We can help with that. 😉

From an outdated ’50s bathroom to a timeless cottage-style space. We extended the bathroom to make room for a large tub, complete with a built-in niche, and finished it with polished chrome shower fixtures for a classic timeless touch.

A little pattern goes a long way. We paired this botanical wallpaper with warm wood tones and deep, contrasting trim for a bathroom that feels layered, moody, and full of character. 🖤🌿
